    It has HORRIBLE ability to email candidates. Way too cumbersome. There is also no good way to push a candidates from one stage to the next. For all the whistles it has on it, the basic functionality is not there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    It is used by our whole organization. I, specifically, use it in recruiting. Bullhorn addresses job pipeline; organization; creating, maintaining, and managing task lists, and so much more. It helps recruiters to stay on track of jobs, manage the candidate experience, and even helps to identify which partner relationships need nurturing. It definitely helps to keep things moving along.

    I work at the largest IT staffing agency in Canada. I use Bullhorn(BH), every day. This product addresses the problem of competing priorities, by making me more efficient, and able to multitask. Plus the fact that it's web based means I can log on anywhere!

    Doesn't solve any of my business processes, only used an expensive CV database.
    Contracts - auto renewal for 12 months, if notice is not given 60 days before. Clunky system, very slow Website integration - Need a team of web developers to integrate website Boring user interface, makes CRM system a chorr Customer service. No one answers the phone. People take 5 days to get back to you on email, you send another reply to that email, you have to wait another 5 days. Outrageous service. No account managers or point of contact for customers. No check-ins to see how I am getting on with the system.

    An absolute catastrophe. Lies during sales pitch Incompetent IT helpdesk Incompetent service provision After several conversations we chose bullhorn. Based on the sales pitch, it best suited our development, working method, and requirements. A wrong decision. During the introduction phase, after the finalization of the contract, we found out that we were lied to on several aspects. For example, the system did not work with us, this was specifically discussed during the purchase interview. Then we were lied to about the further process, or as they call it themselves a human error. They believe that they do not have to resolve this, as it was an individual mistake made by one of their employees. The cost of this mistake for us is approximately €1,500. I advise you to look further, there will be better, user-friendly, and fewer lying parties on the market than this one.

    Bullhorn, has provided inaccurate details about applicant/s. Applicant/s are not given proper relief, usually 30 days to correct, inaccuracies gathered by and supplied by non-profits. Non-profit/s, Clearinghouse data, wrong degree/s and dates remember, the disclaimer, non-profit is not responsible for errors? That's just the beginning of the errors, applicant/s are not given the opportunity provide actual documents to correct the errors. The errors delay hiring, the applicant is flushed, seeking a new candidate. Applicant/s offer/s are revoked, $150-180k careers, so who is going to step forward and correct the Bullhorn errors?

    I rarely leave poor reviews. However; I was so thoroughly taken in with a software I want to share my experience for future potential users. The customer service is great from the tech team- they get in touch with you quickly. However; I was often finding work arounds myself, or being advised work arounds instead of having issues resolved (example- The DPA/Non DPA issue- an excel spreadsheet can do this, yet a CRM cannot?) I was debited on the incorrect date & then when I requested they refund until the due date, I was re-debited again on the correct date. The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error. Lucky. The product was oversold. For example; I was advised their 'merge docs' feature would allow me to bull data directly from the 'Overview', 'Work Histories' which later proved to be false. Finally, when I requested to end my contract & transfer my data (I advised a specific date I needed it, when my CRM would be ready) they advised it would take 15 business days & I was to put no further data in my system during that 15 days, and then gave me my data after 3. I now have no CRM for 4 weeks. It's just a complete lack of regard, or care about individual customers once you've signed. There is no continuity of care & it's extremely disappointing for me as a customer, & their sales team who did a great job in the beginning.
