The lack of customization from the user interface was problematic for us. We would have needed basic options such as default zoom level, or the ability to move labels. Their approach to solving the multitenancy issue for embedded dashboards is excellent. I struggled to find another provider that offered the same capabilities without needing to manage individual accounts for each user. The one's I did find that could do it were much more complicated to implement and were not cloud-based (Wyn Enterprise and Bold BI) They are rapidly adding new features and are very responsive to ideas, so there's a good chance what might be a blocker for you today could be fixed tomorrow.

If you want to integrate Cumul.io to your own API, there are situations where this could be a bit difficult, for example, when you have a complex data structure and you need to pass context parameters from Cumul.io. In this cases, you should contact their support, and they will attend you quickly.

It has the drag-and-drop tool, to make it much easier and more comfortable the elaboration of charts and graphs. These dashboards that the application allows you to make, automatically generate reports for each user. It also generates various reports automatically such as sales reports, marketing reports, performance reports, interactive reports and more.

I wish, just as they added the drag and drop tool, they could add the copy and paste option, to save us more time. The charts and panels could be more customizable and flexible, as there are some functions that are limiting. I would like to be given the option to compare data or metrics with each other and be able to add them to a chart for better visualization of the results.
