0.5One of my teammates hasn't been able to email prospects at all because she gets errors. It's been months, and no one from Eightfold has been able to solve the problem. 5.0Huge time saver in finding candidates. Instead of searching for candidates through keywords Eightfold brings candidates to you, we spend very little time now finding the right candidates to reach out to and more time interviewing.

10.0Eightfold [AI] is rolled out globally across the organization. It's used as our applicant tracking system, CRM, screening, interview scheduling, and sourcing tool. Eightfold allows us to screen candidates, build better pipelines of qualified candidates that match what the hiring manager is looking for. It also provides excellent recruiter and hiring manager experience. Any candidate feedback at the CV screening or interview stage is tracked and recorded on the platform, allowing us to provide a better candidate experience. We are now able to report on the best sources, campaigns and identify any blockers in our reporting dashboards.

It collects and analyzes professional profiles and provides us with relevant and perfect candidates for our requirements. The results are very accurate and reliable and helped us to find our desired candidate. It provides detailed and in-depth reports on our requirements and candidate data. Eightfold AI has constantly improved its algorithm and added many useful features that help us do our job very quickly and efficiently. True AI-driven data support for the future of talent flow in the organisation, with state-of-the-art user experience, ensure the best matching for identifying the right talent in a significantly short time for the jobs or projects to be filled.

7.0It is being used by our team to source candidates for our clients.
Transfer time: It takes 25 minutes to an hour to communicate back and forth through other systems. The helpdesk could be a bit more personalized and accessible.
7.0Eightfold [AI] was originally launched in support of one major account in June. Recently, we have launched EF in support of several more accounts. We are focused on maximizing candidate sourcing in support of contingent talent for our clients.
8.0We're utilizing Eightold.ai to be able to go source into our candidate pool within our ATS (Greenhouse) portal. With this ability to go back into candidates that have either applied, interviewed or were not interested in the time gives us a larger candidate pool to work with. Having this technology of being able to look into candidates that have expressed interest in our company in the past results in a higher probability of not only the candidate responding but also still interested in the possibility of joining our company.
They could improve with integration across all features within ATS, CRMs, etc. Whenever you send out messages through Eightfold, it does not show that in other CRMs, ATS' - it pulls information from them but it does not export it back to those channels. Calibration on candidate skills, profiles, education, etc. need improvement. They still pull current employees at our company and others who are in process - thus creating a lot of confusion from a Talent Acquisition side. User Experience does need some additional help - but it's a work in progress.

5.0Overall: Incredible attention paid to customer's wants within the platform and always striving to take the product beyond what it's currently capable of. They are not happy staying stagnant in what they offer which is incredibly refreshing.
