The most helpful feature is the generation of reports. We're able to track the entire recruitment cycle of a candidate on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. The entire process is just automated and once you set up the key attributes you require in your reports thats it. I paid for the full year to get a discount, then as my assistant dove into the setup, it was much more cumbersome and taking a lot longer than anticipated. I switched to another vendor, Thryv, and within a week's time, we have more setup than we did in a month of Freshworks. Unfortunately due to their return policy, I'm out for an entire year's investment, but the ease I have with another vendor is worth that loss to me, and it's a valuable lesson for me to learn: not to prepay a year before I fully vetted something out. There is so much, features we were told would be out in 2022 have not materialised, support is awful, random holidays are being deducted for no reason. There are so many improvements i would want to see but these are already available with competitors so i will just move to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use and the ability to customize each requisition (by a large margin) based on the nature of the role. We even had the feature to create separate evaluation for each role which is not very commonly available in my experience.

Freshteam has a lot of features starting from employee management, HR, leave management, time-off management, etc. Despite having a lot of features using the application is not complicated and everything is so well designed that using the software is super easy, the UI & UX is just awesome. I really like the time-off and leave management system.

That I could have all the info I needed to gather in one place, that it integrated with other software that we use easily and nicely, and the ease of implementing and customizing it. Oh, and the support team is really quick and responsive whenever I had any questions.

It was very useful for our organization as it helps tracking the interview and hire great people. It saves time and makes things easy for our human resources team to manage also and manage the employee data. Easy to use and update all employee information in Freshteam.
Smooth onboarding is very cool as in on click you can send out documents to sign, forms to fill and more it making things so easy. Hiring process: it makes things easy for our human resources team. Easy to use.

Our entire school used it for hiring. We hire using committees so it is easy to keep all notes, hiring questions, and ratings organized for everyone involved at each stage of the process.
Moving interviews through each stage. It helps keep you stay organized and no one falls through the cracks. Communicating with people through the Freshteam email is easy and again it helps guide interviews through the process. It also reminds you to follow up with people when they will not move forward to the next stage. The hiring manager can log in and see the progress and notes at all times. You can also load your different interview questions in so the entire hiring committee can have everything in one place.

Overall: Overall, it's a nice experience with Frehteam. We can use it for bulk mailing, posting job requirements and shortlisted the candidates smoothly. It is really a user-friendly tech tool along with its easy setup process and intuitive setting. Still, we hope it can improvise more e.g. on the mail text body format at least.
