0.0The reporting for Greenhouse is non-existent and the reporting that does exist is highly inaccurate. Our recruiting team has to purchase a third party service to integrate into GH APIs in order to get accurate reporting. Additionally, Greenhouse will roll out "features" that will completely change the work flow of the platform with no notice to existing customers. They recently changed their permission structure for users and when it became active, it bricked our ability to run any interviews. Its been 2 weeks since this change has been implemented and we still haven't worked out a solution. This is the least recruiting focused ATS I have ever used. 0.0The whole thing especially now after your most recent update. You sell it as a customizable ATS but clearly off the shelf and not customizable at all! How can you have an ATS that doesn't schedule interviews? The Outlook 365 integration isn't working! How do you expect a recruiter to schedule interviews and send confirmations when you have no idea if the interviewer accepted the invite or not. The calendly integration works sporadically, and don't get me started on the interview stages and not being able to have a consistent interview plan same req two different candidates with two different interview plans does that make any sense to you at all? The Outlook Integration direct email from your support team on 8/26/20 "I see you're experiencing an issue with interviewers accept / decline not showing up in the Greenhouse platform. For context, we recently upgraded the Outlook 365 integration to the Graph API, however, syncing accept / decline is not yet available at this time. We know how important this feature is for you and we're still working on the functionality. In the meantime, I'd be happy to let our product team know"! 5.0Greenhouse has a bit of a learning curve. This is NOT to say that it's difficult to use, but to say that it has many features that take time to educate the teams on. I like how you can extensively see user history and merge candidate profiles.
1.0We were lied to regarding the billing structure promised to us, which was to be monthly. The rep we dealt with was incredibly short and rude after the fact and even sent us to collections! We would never have signed up for this horrible companies service if our billing was annually paid. We followed up with their team in September of 2020 about the error, and they refused to adjust. Please stay away from this company! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] especially should be ashamed of her conduct. Greenhouse is operating a predatory enterprise. We are using Zoho recruit now, and it's much better, offering more features, monthly billing, and allows for way more job posts.
1.0The fact that Greenhouse only asks for those 3 items when a user, like myself, applies for jobs is disconcerting. They clearly value a skill set over a person's personality and value. A paper does not justify someone's work ethic.
1.0Not much. This system is frustrating to use. it is not intuitive for an experienced user of other ATS tools that the industry has used.Most everything. The navigation is not very good. Customer support...they send you a video tool but it doesn't cover much of what I need.

10.0We just started using Greenhouse to help manage our exponential employee growth. The software was easy to implement and the support we received from our account manager Robby was outstanding. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us customize the software to a point where it makes it so much easier to schedule interviews, review candidates/get feedback, and send automated messages when we receive resumes or choose not to move forward with a candidate. We're quite pleased at this point and are excited to continue integrating the software into our recruiting efforts.

1.0Used across 60 locations nationwide for hiring decisions. All hiring managers companywide are supposed to use it. It centralizes all candidates and their interview documentation and application paperwork.

Basic actions, such as reviewing pipelines or scheduling interviews, take too much time. Difficult to navigate, implement, and validate customizations No customer service. Mobile application is not functional.
2.0Greenhouse is our only ATS right now. The only people who use Greenhouse is our recruiting team. Not the entire company.
I don't believe that Greenhouse is a tool that is great for startups or companies under 100 people. We feel that greenhouse actually slowed our recruiting process down in that there are a lot of extra processes in place that are not relevant to smaller companies. Greenhouse is expensive, and there are basic functions that cost extra. For example if you want to categorize candidates that you might not be able to hire today, but may have a role in the future that is relevant- you would have to pay extra for a "CRM" for the ability to keep these candidates in the "candidate pool" Greenhouse's onboarding process was very difficult to navigate. It is like "self teach" and then feel free to ask questions. To get each candidate into greenhouse you have to save the resume, upload it, and then add various fields. So it is not a quick parse. There is an option to forward an email into greenhouse that has a resume attached to it but more often then not the parse does not work AND each job has its own email address. So if we are recruiting for 20 different jobs, I need to keep a list of emails to forward resumes to. You have to assign a job to each candidate. So if someone applies and is not relevant to a specific job there is no place for them in Greenhouse. This makes it challenging to collect resumes for a later date or compare resumes that we may have already collected to the ones 3rd party recruiters send in.

5.0Overall: Greenhouse has provided excellent improvement of our recruitment process such as candidates scheduling which in turn has reduced the time spent on administrative tasks. We have also had a high level of engagement across our Hiring Managers and Interviewers due to the intuitive nature of the software and excellent UX. We were able to roll out the system with very little training as the system is so easy to use.
2.0Overall: This has been probably my least liked system I've worked with in a long time. I unfortunately cannot recommend it to anyone.
4.0Overall: Impressive support from the Customer Success Managers at Greenhouse makes the transition to their ATS smooth sailing.
5.0Overall: 9/10. I took off 1 point due to the navigation sometimes is not clear. Also sometimes the interview requests go awry
