5.0The team has also helped us build an amazing report for our stakeholders that has saved several hours worth of time and enabled us to be more efficient and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0I was really impressed with how easy it is to figure out. In all honesty we had to tell their onboarding team that we didn't need their help because we already had figured most of it out. Now THAT is a self-service point-solution I can get behind! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0I believe Guide Cx has streamlined many processes for us, we use this daily for each of our customers. It has been integrated into additional programs we use to help things move along. The support team is great and reponse time are quick! This is a great program!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0It's difficult to assign tasks to more than one user; there is no way to alert clients you aren't at your desk or set up an auto-reply, there is no easy way to reply to a client with a macro, it's difficult to update the plans or reassign the tasks within a project. Again, we have been heavy daily users for years, and I have not seen a single enhancement to the product besides the color changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2.5We canceled and our data was still used to send emails to our customers, which created a lot of confusion because this was months/years after the onboard. This happened multiple times after we canceled but was finally resolved. We understand it's tough for startups to get these things right early on and the team was finally able to stop it. 2.5We might need to consider a different option if we can't get additional fields from Salesforce integrated with GuideCx. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0- Project Manager can control when people get invited to the project- Reporting tools assist with resource planning- Great onboarding experience for new customers of GUIDEcx- They allow customers to submit feature requests and vote on proposed features
5.0Su gestion y administracin de tareas es buena y facil de usar
5.0All the features are very important to manage your tasks according to your projects. Personally i like alert notifications which gives you notifications about your tasks allocation. It's very easy to use this tool.
1.0The software was very buggy and did not have basic functionality that we have grown accustomed to in many other systems.
3.0Loss of reportability functionality and lack of being able to connect linked projects
3.0You can't enter dates in the tasks, it's automatic, and it comes up way before it should. The items feed off each other, but not in a good way, and it is set up for one portion of th team not the entire team to use with ease. Our training was horrible, and the person and no clue how we were going to be using it at all.

1.0Overall: Theres a bit of irony when you fail to onboard with onboarding software. After more than 4 months, we decided to cancel their service and have moved to another onboarding platform. Its possible that my personal expectations were simply too high, so I will share specific details with you so that you can judge for yourselves. The latency we experienced was very noticeable. Clicking between cards was not seamless, and we found that it took almost 7 seconds to load content onto the primary page. Checklists on tasks look great until you want to rearrange sections. You cant. Task groups were promised to us as a feature that would replace the need for subtasks. They couldnt be rearranged. They couldnt move up, down, left, or right as you might expect if you have used any other Kanban style tool. If your team tends to share their own screens with onboarding customers over Zoom, be prepared to show your customers your merge field logic. Personally, I wasnt going to show my customers Hi {First Name}. The list continues.
5.0Overall: We use GuideCX for our client onboarding processes. It helps us stay on track and sends reminders to our clients and internal users for tasks that need to be completed. It has options to include checklists, links and attachments to keep everything in one place.
5.0Overall: Great project management and reporting tool. Allows us to see the bottle necks and work to resolve.
5.0Overall: Excellent project management software that really keeps you on top of your tasks and timeline.
5.0Overall: In addition to the product, the onboarding and support teams at GuideCX have been great
5.0Overall: The product is robust and continues to improve, the staff are helpful and responsive
