We started with DialogTech when they were still Ifbyphone. We bought a bank of about 80 numbers to track our phone sales leads. The problem was that our system, which was built to track those number and connect them to leads, could not do so because of infinite bugs in the phone number technology that Ifbyphone gave us. We spent hours troubleshooting and dialling all of our phone numbers until Ifbyphone managed to fix this.
