Its very easy to create a search that would bring up appropriate professionals. I use it every day and the company feature is helpful, I haven't had to come across customer support a bunch but its pretty easy to implement projects into other ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LinkedIn has continually gone up on pricing while its technology lags behind most other companies. There are constant glitches. Profiles appear mutiple times within a search and you get duplicate results that make it painful to use. The fliters don't work very well either and keyword searches don't yield proper results.
