LinkedIn has continually gone up on pricing while its technology lags behind most other companies. There are constant glitches. Profiles appear mutiple times within a search and you get duplicate results that make it painful to use. The fliters don't work very well either and keyword searches don't yield proper results. We are in the business of Direct-Hire positions so easy tools like ZipRecruiter don't usually produce the same quality candidates as you would using LinkedIn Recruiter.
