Additional add ons would cost extras. Career page APIs only has basic feature. Unable to add additional label as you need to pay extra. Once data has been migrated, you will need to pay extra to download your own data at a cost as it is not possible to do it on your own. Apparently, it is only 1 guy taking action on this company. The technical support is unknown. We tried to move a JSON file and they have bad technical support. We have a 4000 candidates database but apparently, the JSON file exportation is not compatible with the standard structure [sensitive content hidden] So if you are planning to move your data don't do it.

You cannot use this system without support. it won't work and you cannot figure it out on your own. They have NO support, and you cannot get any help with the issue to get you going. I had the 14-day trial, and I uploaded my clients that came out wrong and I need help fixing the issue. 9 days went by with NO solution all just a " thanks for your patience we will get back to you:

Manatal doesn't have a free version and enterprises don't want to go with a free tool either but they do have trial period and that's what we started with initially for managing our recruitment process. We are benefitted by it being a cloud SaaS application where applicants can be tracked anytime anywhere and hiring processes can proceed smoothly. That workflow is very easy to use and provides great value in terms of being a recruiter. Though it is used only in our department, I can say it is good large sized company as well for recruitment activities. It is a 2 way application where applicants can also track their application and thus be in the know of where they stand in terms of getting hired.
lead management from internal departments can be better while onboarding - induction trainings can be more refined

Overall: Very positive overall. Their first plan is perfect for small to medium companies to get started with an ATS. It's very complete as it includes tools that cover the whole recruitment lifecycle and at $15 per month it's hard to find any ATS that provides more value.

Both the candidate profiles and the job pipeline have a minimalistic and clean design. I can quickly check how many potential candidates I have for each opening, and then rearrange their order using simple drag-and-drop actions. Overall, it works great for standardizing the recruitment process, which is what I wanted it for.
