Customer support told us to set up the product a certain way. Then started billing us more and hid the invoices from us. When confronted they took zero ownershp and made each step in the "investigation" as slow and painful as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So i do not have anything to dislike, but it has all the same features which you'll get in much cheaper products. And i am using trial version, so can't comment more on the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not a dashboard available to see what you specifically have going on with a day to day basis. It would be helpful to see what interviews are going on that day or what recently occurred in the same dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support completely sucks. It didn't used to be this way. The software is way too glitchy and they refuse to take accountability for it and they blame the customer. I had such a good start and what i thought rapport with them...well now I see them for what they are. I would strongly advise you to find a more established software. We are already looking for another vendor.

This system is extremely glitchy and not intuitive compared to the other ATS platforms I have used. - Setting up the application form is quite awkward within job set up is clunky. If you don't save the job on that particular screen, all that information will be lost (even though every other aspect of the job set up does not work this way) - Invites randomly get sent out in the Monrovian time zone. - You can't remove a job from your job board without it closing the job completely. Both Greenhouse and Workable allow you to take the job off your careers page, but leave it open. - Formatting the job description is always off. - About 20% of the resumes that come through are unable to be read by the software, even though they are either PDF or Word docs.

Overall: As a past user of RecruiterFlow a few years ago, I've used various CRM/ATS systems over the last 3 years since then, including Bullhorn, and JobAdder. Recruiterflow is, in my opinion, the easiest to use, with the best cost/features functionality and very strong support.
