3.5- CDNs all over the world Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0And the admin panel is super intuitive for back office teams to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0I've been using Shopify since 2018, and I think it's the best E-commerce platform out there. It's very organized and has all the information that you need to process an order. We also use this to assist customers regarding their concerns about tracking, discounts, gift cards, products, etc. because it has all the information that you need. 0.0This is not going to be a very nice review... I didn't like that if you sell on Shopify ... you are selling what everyone else is selling. You can't stand out in the selling crowd. You will be competing with all the shops to get a sale. I didn't like that we could only pick from the same wholesalers. i decided to opt out of my store and focus on a niche that sets me apart from the rest of the world. If you want to be like everyone else and be a follower and not a leader ... Shopify is your best bet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0I do not feel comfortable responding to this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0It is too expensive for my wallet. You still get 24 hour chat but it's more frustrating to chat with people who promise they will look into it and then ignore you.I do not recommend them due to unprofessional service. I dont know if it is some kind of tactic to discourage customers from seeking help but this is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1.0My experience with them has been great thus far and i am very happy.
1.0Actually, joining Shopify means they will cut off your whole entire store when there is a false accusation of copyright. I was specifically told by shopify I had until the 2nd of May to transfer my store (see emails attached). This morning I woke up to find they had completely removed my store from existence. I have had my store since 2016 and it has hundreds of thousands of customer order details which I now cannot access. I have tried calling and emailing and live chat and no one can give me an answer. As of today I will be sending ALL of our customer enquiries directly to shopify as we no longer have access to ANY of our customer details so we cannot answer any customer queries.
1.0Overall experience is pretty bad. It's not good as compare to other apps.

10.0Shopify is the platform we use for our eCommerce business, The Good Cat Company. We are using it across the board for selling, shipping, customer service, marketing and our online blog. Using Shopify has been extremely easy as their support has been incredible. Whenever a problem has occurred, we have been able to contact Shopify and they have called us back within minutes of receiving our call. The site itself is just so darn easy to use! We had looked at other platforms and they did not offer as much support or bells and whistles as Shopify. We have been able to get our search out in front with Google and that is a big help as well. This is my second online store, my other business is not on Shopify at this point, but will be in the future.
10.0To sell posters. Small business with 2 employees.
Competitive pricing A cornucopia of addons to suit your needs Basic user interface that anyone can adapt to
10.0I am a reseller of the product. I implemented it for the first time on a website that offers classes and products. They previously had ZenCart. Shopify is far superior.
The layout in the administrator area is very well done. It's easy to figure out what you want to do. Adding, managing and deleting products is very simple. Uploading pictures for products goes very fast. For a developer, there was unlimited possibilities to implement new design. The liquid templates are very easy to configure.
1.0Shopify's platform was chosen to become a core of our online grocery delivery business. It allows our customers to select their groceries and liquor from a big catalog, and then pay for their orders online. We consider this system to be one of the biggest assets our business currently has.
The system is very inflexible, especially when it comes to the checkout screen and analytics. Just a simple example: it's impossible to properly implement time-based deliveries in Shopify. Their tech support says that then "our product is not for you." That's a great answer, especially given time and money already invested in their platform. It's impossible to properly use Google Analytics to track orders through Shopify. It was done on purpose, so users purchase their higher-end plans with "built-in" analytics, which is way less powerful compared to what Google provides. Shopify doesn't care about their merchants. For example, when we got hit by fraudulent orders, they offered no help, but pointed us to a very vague and irrelevant FAQ. Later, when we got chargebacks, they offered no help or advice whatsoever. I also mentioned that they are not very eager to help with technical problems, saying "no" to many things that are important for Merchant's business to grow. The system is buggy, and they roll out changes that can potentially break your store without any warnings. Also we had multiple problems when our store didn't work for 5+ hours, because Shopify's infrastructure was down.
1.0I actually stopped using Shopify after a few months with them. I have tried pretty much every ecommerce software over the last several years and had started up a new line to my business several months ago and wanted to try Shopify since I know a lot of people use it.
[I feel it is] SUPER user unfriendly. I have built MANY websites over the last 20 years not just for myself but for others and Shopify was one of the most difficult. I hate their sign in process just to log in to my store.
5.0Used by small business client doing online retail. Used by owner and possibly employee. Shopping is being used to bring the client's products to a worldwide market. The platform was selected because it specializes in online retail sites, and purportedly can handle large amounts of products. Detailed filtering and searching of products on the website page by the customers was a very important feature.
Shopify uses a plug in for every little function you want to add. It doesn't do even some very basic things you would expect out of the box. Almost everything needs a plugin. Plugins can be costly and of inconsistent quality. The price seems low when you start building but then adds up quickly when you really start to try to bring a fully functional website to completion. It is not easy to customize plug-ins to your needs and it takes a long time to review all the plugin options to figure out which one might actually serve your needs adequately. Shopify was not very friendly for managing lots of products. If you get up over 400-500 it doesn't support them very well, at least not without hiring programmers and putting a lot more money into it.

4.0Overall: Overall, Shopify is the best platform for small and startup business to grow and make their brand known, easier and cheaper, even if its a little hard when getting started in the designing world, it gets you hooked up and you can never be disappointed.
5.0Overall: I have used shopify for less time but overall my experience is good with shopify. I am sure that using shopify for online business and marketing is best solution. You can opt with it.
5.0Overall: Extremely happy with it. So glad we changed from word press which had lots of problems. Very very pleased.
5.0Overall: As a startup, you get great bang for your buck. Do your research on apps and features before committing

2.0Got banned from the community forum on my 3rd post with no explanation whatsoever. Only thing i did was request access to a merchant that was asking for help. Also, no on-premises so i have already seen posts from people saying their store has been banned with no explanation whatsoever. Stay on premises / open source or be sure you only work with non-woke companies, because this is their standard way of behaving, when "being inclusive".
1.0Not great in the uk. Tax doesnt work correctly and its far too basic to run a real business. Moved to Shopblocks last year which is uk based and seems to be more feature rich
5.0The Shopify platform is amazing, and using Shipturtle for the shipping just made it even better. The entire process was hassle-free and fast.
5.0It's an easy-to-use e-commerce platform that allows you to start selling online in a few clicks and in one day!
