5.0The option to share audio, draw and direct customers, the option to mute now and the clarity of sharing screens anywhere in the world! 2.5My experience has been very mixed. When I think about the idea of upscope it is that I am trying to provide a better experience. However I often run into issues getting onto the call. The call doesn't connect. The image lags sometimes so I can't see the screen the customer is on for a bit and when I am having to only take one chat to focus on the upscope instead of multiple chats, I feel this actually backtracks the usefulness of the app and makes it an even larger hindrance than if I was to stick to chat. 3.0Connecting to the correct user session isn't totally reliable. I've had to say "Sorry, it doesn't seem to be connecting" more times than I'm happy about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3.5Sometimes the clients do not show as active even though they have told me multiple times they are logged in, at times like that is can be very frustrating as we tell the cl that we can assist but then we basically have to do it blind, also sometimes the names are innacurate making it hard to find the CL Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0It is extremely helpful with my position because we're working with clients and customers all the time and it's helpful to be able to see their screens so they can walk us through the issues they're facing and it's not just theoretical.
1.0Crashes and view of customer screen is not adequate.
2.0So far its been very unreliable, have to triple check the customer is linked and can accept screen share invite. One chat where this service really would have helped wouldnt allow me to connect to the customer. Super frustrating
3.0With a few enhancements it will be be that much better. The issue I have with it is that it disconnects from who i am sharing the screen with and does not allow us to reconnect until some time passes.

5.0Overall: With the help of a developer it was so easy to get started. Upscope allows us the ability to see our customer's screen to help guide them through the process with one click. Combine Upscope + Intercom and you have an amazing solution to assist your customer remotely. Love it!
4.0Overall: Better customer support and training. Cowbrowsing straight from intercom is excellent. Would recommend upscope to anyone using Intercom to support customer UI interactions. Great tool!
