APS is used to pay employees and provide reports used to analyze our payroll costs for our organization. We track each employees by department and job type. Also we analyze analyze management hours to track weekly management needs as well as training hours needed to train new employees by specific department.

The interface/UI is far behind competitors in terms of ease of use. Administering HR/Benefits is not intuitive versus some of the other offerings out there. The reporting sytem is clunky, and also not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
