Our company has very complex pay ad work rules. UKG Dimensions allows us to automate those complex rules and reduce the manual amount of work that coincides with timekeeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting is a little difficult to work with. The more we have become acclimated, it has become easier. It would be nice to have the ability to select more areas to add as columns in the reports rather than being limited to the list generated for the report that is already created in UKG Dimensions.
