It is often glitchy with sharing screens, with our own company particularly we have frequent connectivity issues. I do not get notifications for new direct messages often enough, and often miss them. I do not like that the list of every meeting you've attended stays- it looks cluttered. I'd rather that be stored somewhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have all kinds of trouble with this program, below are my two most common problems. I'll have to dial in with my phone so I can hear and speak as well as be logged in at my computer so I can project for the meeting. One day it works fine then, the very next morning it tells me my log-in is invalid and does not let me access the meeting. I have to reinstall, come up with fresh passwords and I'm very frustrated, joining the meeting very late.

Overall: My overall experience with Circuit was truly wonderful. The team was on standby to answer any and all of my questions in a timely manner and were very helpful in explaining each package to suit my needs whereas other corporations try to upsell the most expensive package. The software was straightforward and relatively simple to use. Great experience overall. Im a loyal circuit customer at this stage and plan to renew my subscription any time an optimization software is necessary for myself and/ or my company.

Overall: Circuit is improving all the time. It is a great product for the price, and the team seems to actively be working to upgrade it. Their customer service is accessible and they listen and work to fix any issues that arise. Including modifying the functions when necessary. While there are issues that have arisen with load time and how many things you have to click through in order to finalize a route, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I would recommend.
