    The easy with which one can get started and navigate on Surfly is amazing, and the outcomes are great. This is an excellent tool for improving customer experience. Nothing seems missing from the product at this stage. I am yet to find what I don't like that is not useful in the target market. This is a great tool to enhance customer experience. Depending on your industry, you may use Surfly for many uses such as the following: 1. On boarding clients, including completing and signing documents such as loan agreements, insurance applications, sales and purchase agreements etc. 2. Addressing customer queries at branch networks without the customer having to visit a branch 3. Addressing customer queries through call centre operations 4. Advising clients on product features during a sales process, including in retail sales and high value products like motor vehicle sales 5. For insurance companies, engaging clients at claims stage for faster processing 6. For banks, engaging clients for faster query resolution on loans, transactional accounts etc 7. Many other applications in various indistries that require client contact/engagement and building trust as you may see appropriate to enhance client experience. Enhancing customer experience in sales and client servicing, and ultimately improving and sustaining revenue through increased sales success and customer retention. The Surfly customer engagement tool has capacity to imporve customer lifetime value through client satisfaction, which is an important metric in measuring business performance.     Surfly is best when it comes to remote access, session takeover, and team collaboration platform. It has a user-friendly interface that establishes quick connectivity and session restoration in case of page failover. Handling our private sessions is safe, and it offers compatibility to various devices for joining the session. Since its web-based session management platform, slight connectivity issues can impose significant session timeout. Few of our AWS platform webpages are not accessible, and its interface is slow at times. We schedule our Session Sharing and Knowledge Transfer process through Superfly for our Team members and new joiners. Its support features are superb and offer an ideal solution for our requirements to organize a group collaboration activity. Through the common link provided by Surfly, we can invite our organization's associates to gather in an intuitive platform that is both appealing and compatible with many devices. Annotations are easy, and the Host can grant control to other members during their input sharing and feedback timeline. We can also share our supporting files with our attendees in a secure manner, thanks to its brilliant offline file-sharing features.

    The experience is so smooth and simple! We were using another screen-sharing solution that was a bit laggy but Surfly is very high quality. No downloads and away you go. I use Surfly to collaborate with my colleagues in our AI startup and one of the things that I like best is that we can switch control between each other and work together on our applications with many users on at one go. There's not much that I don't like! Whenever I do encounter a small issue, the team is always quick to reply and support me. very easy to integrate and fast response We are using Surfly to work together and collaborate with my colleagues. Working remotely is the norm nowadays and we cant always be in the office together. If we have a joint project or document to write up, I just send the link to my colleagues and we jump into an immersive session. We have managed to improve the way we work together, allowing us to build relationships but also be more efficient - in a fun way.

    Surfly I like it because it is a tool through which we can connect in real time, fast and without complications creating a personal experience and quite profitable both for companies and for the client, personally I like it a lot because at Fina Technologies where work we develop financial software solutions and I have had the need as an administrative assistant to perform different tasks such as coordinating, planning and executing activities that allow me to fulfill the managerial functions of the company and where I often have the need to communicate directly with clients and manage correspondences, in such a way that I have been able to take advantage of the co-browsing for the clients to visit the page I want. The only thing that I do not like is the idea that it is not simply a package offered where we have the option to access all its features and functionality without limitations. However, I understand that it is necessary to offer it in that way according to what user want Surfly is an excellent service that we can easily implement on our website without any difficulties or complexity in terms of having to download, at all, it is very simple to use and gives us different easy integrations to optimize the results it provides. taking into account all the great opportunities that it has given me and the success that has resulted to allow me experiences with the clients in a maximum satisfaction nicel I recommend it to any person or company that wishes personalized and safe experiences. Surfly gives me the opportunity to have a tool through which I can add co-browsing and video chat easily, it has helped me a lot in the moment of having to advise clients regarding our services and power show and sustain offers. I have put aside the problem of working with a single client in a certain time, now through an access link I can invite several of them at the same time to visit a certain website and share the experience as if we were face to face a meeting or consultation.

    The concepts of so-called "screen sharing" and "co-browsing" are not new and its relatively straightforward technology, almost all of the modern tools like Zoom, GTM, MS Teams provide such an option. However, all of them miss a single most important component - reliability. I've lost count on times when the ongoing product demos with sales prospects have been subject to interruptions due to the incapability of traditional applications to perform consistently. Surfly's web sharing technology is not simply a matter of convenience, it is a solution that enables organizations to build a relationship with customers and deliver a truly exceptional sales experience. If you are price-sensitive, you might want to first learn about the tradeoff between the value/cost for your use case. For me, it was well worth every single cent. Obviously, there are several tweaks on UX level here and there that could be taken into consideration as a further step of improvement, but nothing major. The most important objective in business is to keep your customers happy and engaged in every level of communication. The biggest problem was to have the right technology that would enable us to deliver such experience and at the same time ensure seamless integration. Surfly is an extremely powerful tool with remarkable simplicity of use, which has allowed it. Some of the benefits are that the platform can be easily accessed by both parties with just a single click, while fully documented and straightforward APIs ensure that the integration process is as simple as it can possibly get.

    I like how it allows me to serve my clients and give them the attention they deserve, I like that it has improved my sales on a large scale is an application that has a friendly friendly interface, where it allows to share screens with customers and that makes the advice Be more explanatory, I am in love with this software for the simple reason that my sales can be made from my workplace. I do not like their little free trial time, since it is a great limitation to be able to exploit all those features that are exposed on this platform, when I was researching about a software to increase sales I noticed the good qualifications they gave to this software, and it is true it is very good, only that it has negative the little time of use that it offers to explore those characteristics. I recommend it because it is a tool that improves your attention with customers and is very intructive to increase your sales. The biggest benefit of this software is to allow me to share a screen with my clients, the fact that it allows me to manage sales remotely has caused them to increase dramatically, as it has also solved the problem of moving from one place to another to be able to serving several clients on the same day is a great advantage since it saves me time and that is a great important factor.

    The Screen sharing, ease of use and privacy features are the obvious stand outs but also what made Surfly such a success within our business was the ease of implementation along with the dedicated support offered by the Surfly team.
    depending on your needs for the system we have found that the biggest limiting factor has been its inability to view Applications, it is a feature that is becoming increasingly important as more of our systems move from web based on application based browsing.

    The pandemic made it difficult to visit the sites where our ropes are used and teach the correct splicing methods as well as provide information on how to make them last longer. With Surfly this is no longer an issue. Even now we are siving money not having to visit the customes so often.
    We primarily use this to train new customers and new sales associates the correct splicing techniques for our ropes. Really easy to deploy with new customers and makes it easier to teach without having to visit.
    Quite happy with this tool. No real complaints. Plan to start usage in our sister organization too.

    Anyone can use it, right away. Very useful for live collaboration on any website. (even in a logged in area) Saves so much time and frustration with communications. Makes online interaction so much more meaningful and actually enjoyable. The future of online for human to human interactions. (the rest will be with AI and bots).
    So many options . Sometimes hard to understand how to integrate with other services in business. White label is somewhat limited.

    inability to add privacy filters, audit logs and user controls which meant user data was not always secure / hidden when it needed to be, this was especially important when taking our advisers through key processes.

    As a web developer, I have a several clients that use and love Surfly. It's a great product!
    Surfly takes just a few minutes to sign up for and install onto your website and then the magic starts. You can then start chatting with site visitors, do a screen share to see how they are interacting with your site, and even take control, if they give you permission. Surfly sets it up so you can easily offer direct customer support on your site.
    They used to be cheaper but they've raised their prices. It's still worth it but still is a little spendy.

    Surfly comes with an easy to use Cobrowse and Video functionality to support Customer Engagement and Customer service sectors. This will give an additional tier to get closer to Customer excellence. Surfly presales and after sales support is amazing. Surfly is always available to support their partners and customers.
    Surfly should look at providing a node in GCC and India cloud to avoid any data regulations.
