I am pleased to be able to work at no additional expense to my clients in order to assist them and satisfy their direct contact requirements. It automatically sends reminders to my Outlook calendar and emails, providing all users with an extra warning. I enjoy using visual tools such as process diagrams, logbooks, and Kanban boards to help us meet our workout and deadline goals. The menu elements and actions of Samepage are simple to comprehend and intuitive, making it easy for the majority of my team to configure and manage modifications to the project. While it was simple to integrate some apps, such as online storage accounts, it took us a while to integrate any of our corporate channels connected to our projects in a way that made sense. While this is a collaborative commercial venture, I don't believe there are any reasonable limits on attendees. It was challenging for me to generate Calcar events and erase device notifications that were not yet offline. To build teams that take a long time, copy and paste team pages, exactly like individuals in configuration elections, there must be a significant intervention. Consider it a privatized cloud designed exclusively for managers or businesses who want to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to projects and initiatives. Improving the way things are done for both employer and client services, there are various communication tools accessible, such as Samepage, but I believe this is one of the most versatile platforms that can suit a wider range of demands. We also utilize it as an open API to simply and swiftly give data to our users; it's simple to use, and even non-computer book club members can use it after a few minutes of teaching. With complete access, Samepage lets our team to focus on projects, money, and deadlines; it is an effective approach to interact through video and chat. Although some of us have access to various phone channels and chats, Samepage has managed to bring the majority of us together in a single center. I want to remain stable when transferring files in real time. Communication is additionally simplified by the synchronized chat and video calling features. All of the difficulties that our staff has been talking about are finally becoming a reality. Samepage fundamentally revamps how we use forthcoming programs, connections, and projects.

The idea of making a blog and a special talk is fantastic and I find this app is really simple to use. Moreover, your customer service is new to you, just submit a connection to open a private page between you and your customer service where you are free to talk and monitor your ticket. Moreover, since I can carry all my activities and conversations with necessary equipment, and the material of the project without any difficulties or problems, I really enjoy this particular approach. The greatest feature of this tool to me is the freedom to cooperate without email providers and the use of PF MA networks as a co-worker is not unnecessary. I can't believe something negative because of the helpful extreme features that allow me to propel my ventures forward without any particular instruction. Therefore, it is very convenient to have all my files in one place and to arrange them in the same pattern. I often think the pages arrangement can be altered a bit where it can be broken up in smaller bits to be changed by clicking on each piece. If the only thing that emerges from the most complex implementation of the machine that is precise to the extent that it is lost is that you are searching for an easy, tidy and well-organised machine application. This product favors some kind of structure and therefore contributes to the continuous transfer of data from one stage to the next. This forum is therefore a great way for my teammates to connect through chat and calling. The tool enables the coordination of the team in different ways such as programming, topics and discussions, workshops, file discussions and many more, and even this website. For each kind of organization this tool is appropriate. So the conversations have been very challenging, and now also with a customer it seems that we deal with partners and clients from many places. I may also follow, talk to partners, staff and customers and submit a task.

Project management is exceptional, and the communications networks offered by this program have been incredibly beneficial with the fantastic success we performed when we did so. Samepage provides a wide range of functionalities to boost the efficiency of a full workforce in the advance of a partnership between colleagues! My staff will launch the program instantly and efficiently and handle all the interactions of my team in one location. We like to develop all our organizational plans, team / customer chat, file sharing, private team building and more. There are no simple ways to manage multiple tasks at once, but the program is not stable in this respect. Yes, it is excellent to manage specific projects, but when you try to work with more than one project at a time the dilemma emerges. Instead of tasks, some people can have difficulties using teams. Projects (pages) can be managed in classes. Compared to other related applications on the market, using a single user is a bit pricey, meaning that the choice will be much more versatile. If you're hunting for an all-in-one project management approach, don't search anymore. Samepage can accommodate any of the specifications and has various resources available to promote the use of your contact equipment. In general, it is a program that transforms project management functionally and without using nuances, enabling the customer, while retaining the collaborative atmosphere for both his team and for many divisions in his business, to rapidly adjust all its functionalities. My team uses Sampage every day, Samepage challenges were solved: coordination, streamlined communication, transfers project management from e-mail to a successful software program for my company and easy work inside projects. This has allowed us to be more productive with the small targets we set at the beginning of each project.

With Samepage we have in our hands one of the most useful tools when creating pages with the configurations that our projects need. The purpose of having Samepage is no longer having to use other external tools to achieve the result we expect. Samepage has pre-designed pages in case you don't want to start it from scratch, so we can finish a product in a short time. Another of its greatest virtues is that it is a freemium service, so it means a great benefit for its users who seek, in addition to excellent results, the alternative that affects their pockets less. For both cases, Samepage offers the best. It has complete and centralized functions on its platform, few errors and, in addition, it is user-friendly pocket. On the negative aspects there is little to mention, to the point that there are very few problems identified by the community, not being the software errors its disadvantage, but the way in which they have directed the platform. A case of this is, for example, that Samepage has a mobile application, with the detail that it still has development problems. Although, we refer to a software with a very easy to use platform and take advantage of it in a short time, it happens that if you are new to this type of programs you may find yourself a bit lost. It is not a very considerate software with new users, since it also does not try very hard to teach them. For this reason I recommend that your users be instructed regarding the operation of this program in order to get the most out of it. In addition to the functions of the software, which facilitate not only the development of our projects, but the communication between the team, without adapting to other applications; Samepage has a customer service that shows the need of a user as if it were a minimal problem. If we talk about the benefits that this wonderful software can offer, the truth is that it seems to fail in almost nothing.

Project management is something That Samepage does exceptionally, with an extensive list of functionalities that allow to improve the productivity of a complete team promoting a collaborative environment between colleagues since the channels of communication that it provides this software have really been a great help for our great performance that we have had since we are using it. It is extremely user friendly ensuring that anyone can use it without any problems. There is no easy way to manage different projects at the same time, so the software lacks robustness in this aspect, in fact the management of individual projects perform it excellent but the problem arises when you want to handle multiple ones at once. It is a bit expensive to use a single user when compared to other similar software on the market, so they might be a little more flexible on this option. Overall this is a software that transforms the management of projects in a practical way and without abusing complexities, allowing the user to quickly adapt all its functionalities while maintaining an environment of collaboration both for your team and for multiple departments within your company. The view of the pages is to be admired as well as its functional structure that forces you to focus on your work without being distracted easily. The easy management of tasks within the projects has helped us to be more efficient in the small goals that we set ourselves at the beginning of each project, this makes us visualize that so good is our performance and where there is room to make improvements both as a team as individually, this dynamic has made us much more productive in organizing and delivering high quality work before the estimated time.

Samepage is an excellent online collaboration software that allows team members to work together smoothly and efficiently. I did not need any training to know how to handle it, it has an easy-to-use interface and that explains itself a great variety of visual tools that allow us to take a quick look at the ongoing activities. This application has all the necessary tools to manage projects, that is, pages, chat, tasks, etc. This also has video call and voice calling features that support multiple users. The use of this tool has not been a disadvantage but working with some of the integrations can be complicated. The full functionalities are sometimes a bit hidden and need to be explored. I recommend this tool to anyone looking to increase the growth of their business. You can easily maintain a high level of communication with your teammates thanks to its modern integration features, it is the best video chat collaboration tool, task management and file sharing. Therefore, it allows and promotes an efficient workflow, so that we can devote more time to the most important part, it provides everything for its users in one place. Samepage is a platform that was developed to improve teamwork, we use it to manage projects, share ideas, store files, communicate and get updates from inside and outside the organization. Samepage is the great collaboration and communication software. By using this program we can easily communicate with our colleagues and team members in a more efficient way. We can also manage our projects and tasks. Samepage helped us organize and get a clear, clear overview of our activities. It has extremely useful features that help drive projects forward without any specific training.

We absolutely needed 2-way task management tracking with our clients, in addition to internally communicating. Plus, this communication needed to be more informative than requesting a response...otherwise, clients wouldn't use something they had to learn. They are simply not motivated to learn more software to do business with us. SamePage has been the simplest and least expensive tool we've found to handle our task management.
We only use Samepage (SP) for project management. I tried watching some YouTube videos when we first started using the program, and their way of using SP made no sense to me (education industry). So the videos weren't helpful for how we use SP, even for generalizing about tips/shortcuts. Therefore, my answer is "use SP for project management and it will be a good choice for you to keep up with project statuses."
All communication is literally on one page, so you don't have to learn its navigation. Cuts the learning curve. User interface is very simple. WYSIWYG. The mobile app works well and I like how it syncs with the desktop version. Just discovered the Dropbox sync. Very cool. Works way better than Dropbox at sharing files!
My biggest wishlist item is email integration. We previously used Insightly and that was an amazing feature it had: customers email you saying, "Do this thing for me," and you could click and have it upload and assign the task in Insightly. I'd rate SamePage a 10 if it had that. (But Insightly had too many other nonstarters for us, so we bit the bullet and changed to SP). While I said navigation was easy, sometimes it's "too easy." You can overthink what you're trying to do and the program is not flexible like others are. There's pretty much only 1 way to do anything. For example, sometimes it's confusing which parts of a page are shared and which ones aren't. Wish that was ID'd better Don't like having to scroll to the bottom of the task list to add a new task. Since we primarily use SP for tasks, wish it had a "create task" button that could be clicked from anywhere, not just in its task section

Samepage felt the most intuitive for my style of project management, and also afforded the most amount of already-included integrations. In addition, it also felt the least cluttered of other similar apps.
Samepage is great for: Small teamsRemote teams/managers who need to see many different components of individual tasks and projectsThose using many other different apps/platforms to create content (you can bundle all your content in one place)Those who need to show very drilled down processes and steps in projects.
The "Pages" layout is extremely helpful to keep many different kinds of files, comments, etc. in one place and on one project. Basically it enables you to work on a project in real time, instead of having one place to put documents, another for chat, etc. The "Tasks" feature furthers the seamlessness of the app, making it easy for collaboraters to see the relationship between tasks and projects. The "Call" feature is a huge win for communicating all in one app and being able to see the project and its tasks and progress all in one space.
It can feel hard at times to get a real big picture view of all the projects and pages happening at the same time. It is easy to drill down or zoom out on specific pages, but it doesn't feel like you're getting a sense of overview or moving pieces for multiple pages. There is really no way to have subtasks within larger tasks, and that is sorely missing. It can be quite difficult to get team members up and running - there is a bit of a learning curve and it's not extremely intuitive.

Igloo has a free version and is easy to use but has few project management features. It also lacks audio and video calling functionality. Quip is easy to use and configure, but it lacks team calendar. Basecamp is great for project management but lacks the flexibility granted by Samepage's pages which can mix different kinds of content.
Samepage is well suited to situations: - when there is a need for ongoing collaboration between people - when these people lack tech skills - when there is a need for sharing and showing different kinds of media Samepage is less appropriate in situations (since there are better tools for those particular uses): - requiring more robust communication tools - when the objective is to execute a specific, finite task - when it is necessary a precise control of version history
Flexible: Samepage pages can assume a lot of formats to suit your needs Easy to start: creating an account and starting a page is easy enough even for non-technology oriented people Very attractive prices for the Pro plan
Samepage allows to upload and view PDF files, but not markup or comment on the pages inside them. Such feature would be extremely useful There is room for usability improvements. The interface could use more contrast and color to create a better visual hierarchy. Only three templates fail to show the beginner the true potential of the different formats pages can take on Samepage. There should be more templates and examples.

I'm hooked. They're really into "[contextual collaboration](https://www.samepage.io/contextual-collaboration)", which means you can add a lot of different things to a single page. I build websites and use it to work with my clients. I can use a page to show them mockups, share quotes, videos, pretty much anything, all on the same page. Way better than hunting through emails. They also integrate with Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Box, so if my clients already have a preference for an...
