5.0The best part of using Clari is the ability to use a slick user-interface in tandem with AI and analytics tool to quickly and easily answer questions about the business in real-time. Gone are the days of having to wait on a team of analysts to pull data to answer a question about our revenue engine, we now have the information at our finger-tips without having to learn complex dashboarding or BI tools. 5.0Intuitive and feature rich, does exactly what we need it to do for managing and viewing pipeline
5.0The ease of use is what stands out the most. The way Clari integrates with SFDC is seamless and pulls all the right info. Dashboards make it super easy to understand. It takes me less than 5 minutes to submit my forecast and lets me see the areas that need work. It saves so much time during my forecast call.

3.0The usage is still very foreign. Not sure if teams use this for opportunities or strictly for forecasting.
4.0Dashboard and views can be difficult to set up and replicate. Not a crucial function for an IC but nice to have.
4.0It's lack of ability to make updates to opportunities. As I mentioned in the title, Clari is great for forecasting but not so much for keeping pipelines clean.

10.0We have a big issue letting our number truly dictate what our forecast actually means. Clari addresses several business problems, including lack of visibility into the sales pipeline, inability to forecast accurately, and inefficiency in managing customer communications. By providing real-time data and analytics, Clari can help sales teams identify where they are in the sales process and identify potential roadblocks, which can help them close more deals and increase revenue. Clari lets us see exactly what is happening with each and every single deal giving us a better chance to forecast correctly.

10.0Clari is being used across the sales organization by all members of the inside and field sales teams. The key business problem that it has helped solve is providing a filter of Salesforce data for reps to fill out and provided a new level of forecasting accuracy, which is super critical for many reasons.
Forecasting - the predictions they have made on how the quarter will end up have helped overcome any "hope-casting" by the sales team. Data Entry -- Clari has helped streamline what data needs to be inputted by the sales team Dashboard Views -- super consummable dashboards / layouts that get used daily
10.0We use Clari to evaluate whether or not we will hit our numbers. It's used with leadership to determine the health of an opp and how that opp fits into our quarter's forecast.
CRM score to view the health of your opp. Simple UI with robust functionality. Powerful insights available without the need to create custom breakouts or reports.
6.0We utilized Clari for sales leader forecasting for new and expansion sales. We reviewed during forecast meetings with sales leaders as well as the executive leadership team. Sales leaders would also utilize Clari for pipeline inspection.
Integrating SFDC activity for opportunity health reporting was missing Very expensive - somewhat hard to justify the cost vs. the value received, and the expense would increase as the organization increased in size. End to End Revenue forecasting - it would be great if Clari could forecast potential revenue 3 - 4 quarters out based on current top of funnel activity. Clari is really strong for in-quarter forecasting, but not future looking.
7.0Clari is used in my company to view our different deals. It helps to view status and understand where things need to be updated and what things need to be changed. It also works with Salesforce. We use it to forecast and track the status of our deals and to manage teams.

7.0All quota-carrying reps and their management teams use Clari as a forecasting tool. It allows us to validate our forecast easier than we would in Salesforce alone. Our management seems to love it as it makes keeping track of our forecast easier for them.
I still find myself having to update apps in Salesforce as well as Clari when it's supposed to eliminate the need for duplicative forecasting tools. Reps don't have access to company-wide or even team reporting. Would be really helpful to see how other reps are doing and what deals they have

4.0Overall: Overall this has changed the way I forecast my book of business. In the past it was tough to keep track of all the numbers (commit, best case, etc.) Now Clari just keeps track of that for me from week to week and month to month, which has provided more consistency. Our leadership team also appreciates how easier it is to roll up forecasts for an entire team - not only does sales use Clari, but our CS and finance teams use it to forecast the company's revenue upward to our C-suite.
5.0Overall: We use Clari for all of our sales forecasting and management. It has been a great product experience all around from the UI to support.
