    The dialler is cloud-based and very flexible when setting up campaigns. you have the option for manual or predictive dialling, and you can setup dial rules and even allow inbound calls with specific routing rules. It was relatively easy to setup, and we can use our own caller ID. The call rates are quite reasonable as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Being able to dial through lists of contacts automatically (predictive/smart dialing) is really great. And you cannot beat the price! No one else would even come close. Most programs that offer this type of dialing will cost thousands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    There is a slight learning curve when doing the initial setup, it can be a bit overwhelming to someone who is inexperienced. Also, the only other feature we wanted was the option for a secure line for taking sensitive information like credit card details etc and as far as we can tell, this option is not available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
