    We were considering a few different vendors in conversational AI, and ultimately were impressed by the idea of not having to build out each conversational flow (like with Drift, Kore, etc). Hyro didn't disappoint; I didn't have to expend resources to have my team learn conversation design, and the lead generation and qualification use cases (out of the box) worked well.     Conversion rates have been similar to live agents using Intercom, which is wild when considering that it's end-to-end automation here.
