Sprinklr offers a powerful solution for seamlessly connecting large-scale brands. With nearly 800 social media accounts under our management, achieving this level of integration natively would be practically impossible. With Sprinklr I have comprehensive access to reporting tools, allowing us to effectively measure the performance of our campaigns, whether paid or organic. It feels like Sprinklr was created by people who've rarely, if ever, actually posted to these platforms. It takes so many extra steps/clicks just to post a link and image to Twitter than it does on any other platform. The process of deleting a tweet in platform is needlessly tedious. Also, social monitoring is too difficult to the point of not being worth it to use at all. Just make it easier and faster to post directly to platforms without so many unnecessary steps. Everything else. The team at Sprinklr has made my experience with the tool at 2 companies complete garbage. The team is not knowledgeable and not only do they make little effort to assist, they also don't find solutions. It feels constantly like the Sprinklr team isn't paid enough and they're all terrible at client services. I cannot recommend them less. We brought Sprinklr in to fill a gap with social media customer service and social media marketing projects. Unfortunately within a month we noticed a lot of problems. We found that the tool provided unreliable reporting and inaccurate data. We had issues with our social media channel integrations - sometimes content would be posted to the wrong account or in a format different to what showed in the tool. It turns out the Sprinklr sales team over-promised and massively under-delivered on the capabilities - what they showed us ended up not working. Their customer service was awful when we wanted it all fixed and it was just a poor overall experience. I would not recommend this tool to any business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In December 2014 we completed our new Social Command Center powered by Sprinklr. This has opened the eyes of our company to the world of Social Media in a very open environment. Agggregated Social Media in easy-to-read graphics is very powerful. Sprinklr is officially deployed in our Customer Quality department for monitoring and moderating any type of customer concerns that are voiced in social. Our main purpose as a department is to work closely with customers to understand their needs by responding quickly and accurately. We are also (like everyone else) "analytic hungry"... Sprinklr provides ease of use for reporting and measurement. We are also providing Sprinklr to our Marketing Partners and Ad agencies for their use as well. Additionally, we have recently introduced and rolled out other countries to Sprinklr.

Sprinklr was used by my previous employer across the organization. They had a very comprehensive social media program along with training and certifications for those involved in posting to social sites.
Allows you to monitor mutliple social accounts with one tool. This is extremely beneficial when you are in charge of numerous social accounts for your business. Provides capabilities to monitor specific key words and hashtags. I used this to track the happenings in the marketplace and our company alike. The reporting features were easy to use and allowed me to show show important metrics at both the campaign level and overall business unit level. Account team was very friendly and responsive. Online training helped tremendously.

Thanks to this platform, it's easier for us to maintain track of our social media communications. There are other accounts and teams we can keep tabs on thanks to this tool. At the corporate level, this kind of high visibility is beneficial. The messages that work and those that cant now be identified. Identifying which messages are effective and which are not is beneficial to our research. Using tools that help us analyze how people utilize our channels, we've been able to adjust our messaging strategy to better meet their needs.
