0.0We unfortunately went down the route of doing all this with CloudTalk and now we have to do it again with a new service because there is no end in sight with CloudTalk - this means that we've had to redo all this work twice and the migration away from CloudTalk has taken months. 5.0Cloudtalk is a very easy-to-use VoIP calling tool that is saving us time when it comes to the time it takes us to make calls. Plus, when one colleague is busy answering calls, it automatically transfers calls between my other colleagues, that are available. It is a great tool to connect with customers around the world, in our case usually free of charge. It is a great tool, especially when you scale up.

10.0We use CloudTalk through a direct integration with our software. It's fast, reliable and enables all our agents to get their job done without compromising quality or functionality. The integration was very fast and smooth and I was impressed by how easy the whole integration process is. We use it as our daily driver for staying in touch with our customers and the quality is superb, by far the best I have been using until now. The sound is crystal clear for both in and outbound calls.

10.0We use CloudTalk across the whole organization. I highly recommend CloudTalk. CloudTalk has a lot of features that we use very often. It offers good value for money, it is easy to use, has good support and a very intuitive interface.

5.0With CloudTalk we are solving the cold outreach via phone to potentially interested customers. The benefits of the software are: Monthly payable (no annual membership required), great customer support(!), intuitive handling and easy to use. Plus, CloudTalk works very well with most existing CRMs.
4.0Cloudtalk gave us full flexibility over our incoming phone setup. We can easily switch between mobiles, computers, etc wherever we are and it connects with our CRM, so all calls our tracked and connected into our other workflows.
5.0There are few companies that earn our respect in both terms of service and after-sales support and Cloudtalk has really impressed us. We see ourselves doing business with them for the foreseeable future.

It allowed us to integrate our go to services such as Google Contacts, SalesForce and Freshdesk. It's got a simple interface and it's easy to use.
