    One of the best things about using CallRail is its easy setup and implementation steps. We've been using it for all of our digital marketing clients, especially in paid advertising, and couldn't be happier more after seeing the increased leads.     I like the amount of data callrail gives us as well as the intergrations with multiple platform like Google ads. Its also easy to get clients to use it and leave feedback on the calls.     Terrible customer service, adding a charge to my account with me approving it. Denying that they did add it to my account themselves. They called me and explained the service, I told them we don't want it. They went ahead and added it to our account without our approval and kept charging us for months and when we discovered that and contacted them asking them for a refund they denied it.     The platform itself is very clunky and not as user friendly as you would expect it to be. They've experienced several issues with 4 of my telephone numbers which has basically made it impossible for anyone to contact my business.
