The platform allows me to record all my calls and gives me insights and tips on improving my dialogue if I have to ask more questions or provide the client with a few more moments to think before jumping to my following sentence. Plus, the transcription feature and the possibility of sharing the entire recording or a snippet really helps. 5.0I think the AI transcript is always super accurate
5.0Overall the thing I like most about Gong is how easy it is to review my recorded meetings and know exactly when I speak or the client speaks. The analytics is great! The ease of the integration is zoom is also really good.
5.0Gong is a super simple call recording platform that enables you to not only record, but transcribe your customer calls. This is invaluable if you work in CS or Sales and need to reference past call recordings, or listen in on your colleagues calls.
2.0It's a bear to get it to record my calls. We use Dialpad and HubSpot, and it never really got set up correctly. What's worst is that to record video calls via Zoom, it joins as a 3rd participant, which means you're on a 40-minute clock on the free version. Pretty much makes Zoom Pro a necessity if you're trying to do product demos and close the sale then and there.

10.0Gong.io is used across our whole organization. It allows new employees to pick up our wording, best and worst-case practices without piling up on everyone's calendar. It allows team leads and managers to look at call data and pinpoint places to improve quickly. Most importantly, it allows reps to keep up with their pipeline and see where potential deals went. When it comes time to apply for a promotion, this is the resource that gets our employees there.

10.0We use Gong to track key insights throughout our sales calls. It helps us identify how often we are referencing certain topics in won deals, # of contacts needed for a successful deal, and to exemplify how successful deals are ran. The tool is also helpful for reviewing previous calls to better understand our customers use case and pain points. This ensures that we are able to continue focusing on those points throughout our future calls.

6.0We used Gong to record, transcribe, and give us deeper insights into sales calls and even internal meetings. Gong allowed us to review and train on prior sales calls and find the most important insights in those calls. Those insights allowed us to train for future calls and provide deeper value to prospects after demos.
6.0Gong is good to keep track of important conversations happening in your organization. We use Gong to keep product teams in the know of important account changes. We have our sales team using the product and it has been great to share snippets of those using our sales methodology and for keeping managers informed. It is common for us to share snippets with other internal users and our customers. It has been a bit clunky to learn and gain full adoption, but those who do state that they get a lot of value out of the automated notetaking and being able to see all the related account emails in one place. Deal boards are quite tough for our sales structure, but look as though they are a great fit for many SAAS companies.

5.0Gong is pure gold for any product marketing and sales enablement team. Can't imagine my life without Gong anymore. That's the first question I asked any peer I met, whether or not they're using Gong, because if they aren't, they are unfortunately in a different league when it comes to maximizing their potential as a team enabling the sales organization.
5.0I'm solving the problem of me being lazy and inattentive...sometimes. Most of the time, I'm there, listening, ready to crush it. Other times, I see a squirrel out of my window and can't help but watch it do its thing. Like maybe it just found a huge nut or something and it's just snacking away. How can you NOT watch?
5.0I feel like I'm part of the Gong community already 2 months into our journey. I'm learning a lot from their team and excited to be a customer.
3.0Gong leaves you alone to do your work after you sign up and they don't market too heavily post signup which is fantastic!
