3.5Text engagement and the ability to use text engagement from a mobile device are stellar features. Being able to create text campaigns directly from the ATS is a homerun. Give me the ability to manage, view, and interact with the campaign and my candidates from my mobile device and I'm elated. Oh, wait. YOU CAN DO THAT! Extremely customizable UI. Nearly any reason for moving forward with a candidate or rejecting a candidate is evident out of the box, and customized prompts can be added as well. 5.0It is my pleasure to talk about this software. It has kept everything on the reach from anywhere, anytime. It's management skills is satisfying and commendable. It is very easy to use and passionately designed to give control and power. Try it.

5.0One aspect I liked most about iCIMS Talent Cloud was its comprehensive suite of talent acquisition tools, which facilitated end-to-end recruitment processes. The platform's robust applicant tracking system and intuitive user interface made it easy to manage job postings, track candidate progress, and collaborate with hiring teams effectively.
1.0It want let u log in most of the time need to fix bugs
1.0Customer support is completely unhelpful in providing answers or fixing bugs. Many cases take 3 weeks minimum to resolve with the more extreme ones taking 6 months. Help desk support just pushes you to the knowledge base center instead of giving real answers to configuration issues. Even when you have taken all the knowledge base steps. The ATS interview scheduling tool is unreliable when syncing with the teams calendars The feedback form tool rarely operates effectively for our hiring managers to fill out. The Microsoft Teams integration is not as advertised. Does not consistently notify in a timely manner for interviews, job approvals and offers. Often after the fact. The CRM tool with iCIMS was released to us with constant logging out errors, the search fields are incorrectly mapped to bins/status we dont use in the ATS and our implementation contact went gone completely dark. Data migration did not fully work to allow for resume uploads to attach to candidate profiles like promised. Multiple contracted integrations were never set up due to unresponsiveness. Resulting in needing to find workarounds to keep our hiring moving. The CRM, ATS, and Text engagement are really three systems that loosely sync with each other instead of one like was pitched. All separate products with separate log-ins. The system will routinely log you out after just a few minutes of inactivity.
1.0Everything :( At a former company I worked with, iCIMS was only accessible to recruiters, so we had to find ways to update hiring teams on the status of candidates in the funnel.

10.0We use iCIMS to advertise our openings and receive applications. Beyond this iCIMS helps us capture useful information across our 21 locations. We are able to provide access to multiple user groups and allow for constant communication between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

10.0We utilize the many features of iCIMS to attract, pre-board and hire all new employees enterprise wide. The integrations provided by iCIMS to our payroll, content management, IT account provisioning, I9 and many other applications and processes is invaluable. iCIMS has allowed us to fully automate many processes that were previously manual. We've been able to move away from paper and to a fully digital environment. iCIMS made our most recent move to working fully remote a very smooth process.
10.0We use iCIMS for recruiting. It is used by the Talent Acquisition with reporting and metrics distributed to HR Leadership team; New hire integration with our HR system.
1.0I have been forced to use iCIMS at two different companies, once while leading a team of corporate recruiters (one employer), once with a staffing firm (multiple employer clients.) It doesn't address our business problems, it just causes problems.
It's unnavigable, not at all intuitive. It doesn't allow us to capture passive candidates easily. Can't figure out how to do things, no easy way to look up the answer (no time for blogs or articles when I just have a simple question). It's built for ACTIVE candidates (people who APPLY); as a search firm most of our candidates are PASSIVE candidates: no email/contact info, which iCIMS requires.
1.0I use iCIMS everyday to intake and track job applications and respond to candidates.
The lack of a preview button on job postings is unfortunate. The antiquated user interface is frustrating. The look and feel are behind the times by ten years at least, and it's riddled with ux/ui problems such as collapsing of a list once you take an action on a candidate. Some features of the product simply don't work or aren't there, such as the option for candidates to build a resume from a questionnaire. The external candidate pages are not customizable enough by the users, and the options are old fashioned and limited. The video capability on job postings and the landing pages is blocked by a security bug.

5.0Overall: We first chose this software because it was more competitive and more user friendly than our previous ATS. As the years have past, the customizable features to make it work for any industry and the reporting capability is why we have continued to renew. The Help Desk team is extremely responsive and don't make you feel stupid for asking a question.
5.0Overall: ICIMS seemed some-what difficult to use at first, but my team has adapted well to it. At first, it didn't seem very user-friendly, but through trial and error, we have developed some tips and tricks. I do like the reporting features, which make it easy to pull numbers and data from our recruiting efforts.
2.0Overall: My team and I used iCIMS for 8+ years and ended up switching to another ATS that suited our needs better and was feature rich (without an extra cost). I think iCIMS is an average ATS but if you are looking for a feature rich ATS with automation and easier integrations, look elsewhere.
