4.5Overall, JazzHRis a great ATS platform for small -midsize companies. Over the years I've had exposure to many, and it's still tops my list - I haven't found a better ATS for such a competitive price. It's great for prescreening, pipeline management, collaboration, assessments, sending job offers, in addition to an easy to set up career page and seamless job syndication. 5.0Very convenient for the whole recruitment process we have been using Jazz for over 1 year and this keeps our process very smooth and accurate. We have using Jazz for 5 properties and it is very easy to find candidates who applied for different properties and statutes of each interview. 0.0You have hands down the WORST customer service I have ever worked with! I would rather work with the IRS on their worst day than JazzHR on your best day. You guys call from numbers that do not accept calls when I try to call back and you have not fixed one single issue we submitted but then close the tickets. You also spam us marketing material about what a great experience we are having WITHOUT EVEN ASKING US what our experience is. You have a great product if you can fix the bugs and actually hire REAL customer service people with REAL phone numbers and who email from REAL email addresses and not the no-reply ones. 0.0They change the terms of their annual contract after it is signed. They randomly change their pricing. They take money out of your checking account without permission. Even though they broke their contract, they expect me to pay them until the contract expires. I had to cancel my debit card to prevent them from charging me an amount greater then the contract amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0Very comprehensive features, highly customizable and user friendly!
5.0What I like best about JazzHR is it allows for customization for how it can be used. Adding emails to different status's helps me keep candidates informed on where they are in the process, which is something candidates often complain about is companies not responding to, or keeping them updated on their status. This helps my clients maintain their good reputations. I like that when a candidate applies multiple times I can merge all their applications so all the notes are in one file and I don't need to jump back and forth between files. I also really like that I could integrate Criteria assessments into JazzHR. So when we speak with a candidate we are interested in, we can easily send them an assessment just by pushing a button, and the results will also be right there in the candidate file. There are so many other functions the system provides but for my small business clients they just really need a reliable recruiting platform and JazzHR is it.
5.0One of the aspects I liked most about JazzHR was its user-friendly interface and intuitive recruitment workflow. Navigating through the platform was smooth and straightforward, making it easy to manage and track candidates throughout the hiring process. The ability to customize job postings, collaborate with team members, and access comprehensive candidate profiles all in one place greatly streamlined our recruitment efforts.

10.0We implemented JazzHR in November 2020 to increase our candidate pool as we had a plethora of open positions and were not finding quality candidates with our previous system.
So easy to use! I love that you can add the hiring team to the req so they can actively view and rank candidates. Very customizable. The technical support is wonderful.
10.0JazzHR is our primary recruiting software - encompassing collection of resumes, scheduling, corresponding with applicants, and anything else involved in the recruiting process. Departments use JazzHR as positions become available in their area. It keeps everything in one place and makes corresponding with applicants a BREEZE. Highly recommend this product to any and all.
Allows for mass letters to applicants for phone scheduling and interviews. Keeps applicants organized in "pools" of consideration. Links to Outlook so it's easy to see when and where to schedule. Great software for creating recurring templates for recruiting letters.
1.0The first day we began migrating all of our data into the system we found that the architecture of the system had 0 functionality for a third party recruiting firm. While other companies were upfront that they had no functionality with recruiting firms, Jazz HR definitely does not take that route. Easy user interface. Straightforward layout. But does not meet the needs of a third party recruiting firm. We asked to cancel our membership but Jazz HR wanted us to pay the full amount. I offered to pay for the first month to compensate the time for the sales rep and training rep. After some extensive complaining, they graciously allowed us to pay HALF a year for a service we will never use. Make sure you try the entire free trial before purchasing anything from this firm.

1.0We use JazzHR as our main ATS for streamlining all hiring.
LinkedIn integration is currently NOT working. This is a major feature that they sold us on. Issue has not been fixed a month after reporting it. Reporting is weak. Sharing particular profiles with someone is not possible. It's either all profiles on a job or none.
5.0We used JazzHR as our Applicant Tracking System for all new hire candidates for the entire organization. The goal in implementing JazzHR was to streamline the applicant review process and to assist hiring managers with keeping track and communicating with applicants.

4.0Overall: We went from 500 to 1500 people quickly because to JazzHR's scalable design. We were able to create a streamlined and effective recruiting procedure with clear and well-defined workflows that aided each recruiter in doing their job more effectively. Facilitates consolidation of related materials.
5.0Overall: Overall, JazzHR has been a highly effective tool for managing our recruitment process. Its user-friendly interface, robust applicant tracking system, and seamless integration with job boards and social media platforms make it a top choice for businesses of all sizes.
4.0Overall: It's been a great experience. The tool has free'd up a lot of time in our team we were not utilizing. It is definitely a tool worth investigating if you are on the market for something new and modern!
