Jobdiva has a user friendly interface with lots of filters and selections. We do not need to make a string to search the resume, instead we may simply write the keywords- that's awesome! We can also search the resumes with the help of title and select the particular area or states. All reports are real time and accurate. Creating a profile is very easy as compare to other ATS. It was not user-friendly at all. The capabilities of the software were minimal and overall it was a very click-happy, cumbersome system. Even the President of the company apologized to the staff for being "sold a bag of chips". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature is the candidate search and and search filters. One of the most useful features is the candidate tracking features. The qualified section on the job diva search is very beneficial for recruitment industries. Also, the report dashboard is also very easy to keep track of performance.

I mainly use JobDiva as a recruitment solution in terms of searching for qualified candidates, new job requisitions, calendar, email merge, reports, resume harvesting, and VMS sync.
It is quick in locating qualified resumes for my jobs. Email Merge is awesome to use to reach out and inform applicants of open jobs available. The harvesting is great as it automatically brings in new applicants.

JobDiva is used across the whole organization. It makes recruitment effortless.
Instead of searching other job boards for candidates, JobDiva harvester brings candidates to you, this prevents the recruiter from wasting time looking for candidates. Great tool as a ATS, JobDiva stores candidates information so the recruiter can see the history of the candidate in a snap. JobDiva features are easy to understand, as a recruiter, I can't think of a better database to use, JobDiva is effective in the recruitment field.

JobDiva is used by everyone in our company. The sales team uses it to enter jobs and client information. The technical recruiters use it to find candidates for those jobs. The admin team uses it for time tracking purposes along with the JobDiva financials. JobDiva allows us to use just one application to find all of our candidates for our jobs. We use it to download resumes from various job boards so that our recruiters do not have to hop through different job boards to find the candidates they need.

JobDiva was being used by the hiring department mainly. But other departments had minimal usage for screening of applicants. It has a streamlined staffing process and it also integrates with LinkedIn recruiting system, Dice, Indeed and other systems inclosing Gmail. However this integration with other third party system feature was not used by us as it was not very straightforward.
Integration with other tools. Resume aggregation. Platform UI.

Overall: It is great till now. I am using it from around 2 years. I have switched from another ATS called CEIPAL. I am quite shocked to see the versatility of functions and application integrated into JobDiva. I am going to recommend my colleagues from other offices to give it a chance and I know if they just try it once they can't go back to anything else as JobDiva is itself a "DIVA"
