    - Easy login for prospects Prospects can choose to dial in with camera, without camera or via desktop sound. The latter is helpful if some people cannot play sound on their terminal. - Easy handling for me as a sales rep Precisely because different contents are shown: Internal slides, the product, external websites ... The change is very easy and pleasant for the prospect. - Prospects only see relevant slides With Zoom or Hangout and the like, the screens would have to be split, which is not so nice for the prospect and much better solved with Demodesk. - Avoidance of unwanted content as with screen sharing Especially with screen sharing, unwanted content could be shared, not with Demodesk. - Excellent support Espacially Alina is very helpful and competent - Handover with Google Calendar not yet usable That means that the calendar invitation of the original meeting host remains in the calendar and changes must be manually adjusted for the new meeting host. The availability of free meeting slots is also not as intuitive. - Safe notes in the demo template in demodesk Working just with one Screen and saving the demo notes is not so easy, because the fields are too small. It would be helpful if I would have the possibility to extend the sidebar. I talked a few weeks ago with emlen.io. They are not using demodesk, but maybe it could be helpful for them. I also talked to an ex-colleague who is working at chrono24. - Full control of who attends the meeting Sometimes participants already want to log into the meeting who only have the appointment at a later time. I can control this very well with Demodesk. - Internal training on shadow mode super New employees can quickly understand how the demos work without prospects noticing. - Platform independent for prospects With other providers, participants must first download the version.     I really like that Demodesk takes so good care of my prospects and customers by routing them into the right calendar and scheduling the meeting. We all know the challenges that virtual meetings can create when it comes to sound and picture, but that is never an issue in Dedesk thanks to the tests you need to go through before joining the meetings. In the meeting, the "share control" feature is fantastic when you demo a SaaS product like ours. I usually share the control in the walk-through of our product, and allow the prospects to click and write, as it makes them remember our product better than my competitors. And the customized playbooks for demos are really helpfull, alongside the speaker's notes and battle cards, which make my pitches sharp and handle objections with ease. Last but not least. Demodesk keeps getting better and better. With the new "Virtual Salesfloor" and Reports/analytics features about to be released, it will be an even more powerful sales machine. There is really not that much I do not like about Demodesk. Usually when something goes wrong, it comes down to the prospects/attendees tech that are not working properly We are hosting all of our SaaS product demos in Demodesk. We are also doing internal meetings in Demodesk, and the record meetings helps us go back and see what we have agreed to, if our memory fails. Scheduling of meetings from the website and gmail is also by Demodesk.

    Demodesk unites all necessary features for a digital product presentation of software. I can include slides from Google Drive and seamlessly open websites from within the presentation without needing to switch browser tabs etc. Moreover, I can make notes which are automatically synchronized with the related account and opportunity in SalesForce and use the battle cards whenever I'm missing a good argument. The camera makes my meetings also a lot more personal compared to a simple phone call and allows me to build better relationships with my clients right from the start. As I've just recently started at my current company, Demodesk allowed me to easily shadow other meetings from my colleagues to learn the ropes and gain valuable experience in handling clients. there are few minor bugs - e.g. sharing other windows and tabs sometimes doesn't work but can be solved by deleting your browser cookies. Other than that It already works pretty perfectly. The biggest benefit or problem which is solved by using Demodesk is that it unites multiple tools in one - Presentation, Browser, Note Pad - that makes the use of different providers absolete and simplifies my client meetings.

I recommend that you first try the 14-day free trial to break down the program and its scope, so you know well what it can be used for and if it will work for you. It is also suggested for those who don't want to share their screen completely, and just want to show the program they are demonstrating or other work. I currently use it to setup light demonstrations to regular customers who already know about this product. It is much easier to make the demos in this because it is so easy to deploy a video conference, it isn't necessary to download and install anything, as with other previously used programs, such as join.me or skype, although Skype is already installed by default in many computers; The quality of Demodesk will not be the best, but to share the screen with customers, it does the job.

    First of all, I am delighted with this platform for video conferencing, for its versatility and simplicity. Best of all is that it is web-based, meaning there is no need to download any application or any extension to put it to work. By simply logging in to any browser of your choice, you can access a convenient interface to make conference videos and share your work with your client. It has a calendar so you can schedule your meetings, which can speed up your productivity and your time. Regarding the performance of the platform in a real time conference, I can say that it runs more smoothly than other similar products of which I have tried. Another point in favor of this product is that I don't need to show my entire screen to customers. It is a simple and complete product, but this does not mean that it does not have its cons. One of the things I did not like, was his few options for the client in the basic plan. Things like not being able to chat and take in-meeting notes, is what I could not do with the basic plan, so it is necessary to have a better plan. You can share what you want your customers or the person on the other side to see, without showing your entire screen. My main objective with this program is to give remote support to the clientele in my company, for example, to share the work I am doing with them without having to come to the workshop. The benefits are immense since I do not waste time attending them in person and I do everything much faster thanks to the simplicity of a video conference.

    Demodesk is a very reliable application in sharing screen time with powerful communication skills. We can use this application in making the different plans and ideas to implement in our system. Its automating schedule making ability gives us the original programming goals and we are highly obsessed with its screen sharing feature. Moreover, the output is very incredible in providing real-time assistance to organize a project with communicating details. The data is fully secured and there is no hurdle in live transmission. The application is for dealing with groups and is not beneficial for single allocation. The data is secured but needs a password to protect the information for other security hurdles. The internet should be of good quality in promoting the application to a running system. Demodesk is a very incredible application in dealing with all the digital flaws in our system. The tool is very beneficial in making the powerful decision and we are using this application for many years to process the detail with great expertise. The detail is very accurate and deals are excellent to apply within our system. The secured network provides the information without any trouble and we can use the tool to allocate the screen sharing time with our clients.

It is quite the step up from standard video conferencing.
    Demodesk is perfect for sales and marketing professionals, particularly in the technology & software space. Instead of screen sharing a demonstration, you can use their platform. This causes many fewer issues with lagging, poor internet connection, etc., which causes a much smoother demonstration of the software. It is great for marketing as well as being able to incorporate branding and improving consistency in the appearance of sales meetings.
    Improved branding. Better quality videos. Takes work off of salespeople.
    Occasional errors that can cause issues in meeting. Room for improved reporting. Lengthy onboarding/ setup.

    I have been using Demodesk to pitch proposals to potential customers for my web development business. I also use it to demonstrate progress in my projects and have sprint reviews with clients and partners. It helped me solve the issues I had with other popular screensharing tools that are not really aimed at client presentations.
    Demodesk feels a lot more suitable for pitching a solution or demonstrating software functionality to clients than the usual screensharing tools. The major advantage for me is that it's cloud-based, i.e. I don't have to share my local screen with all my info visible and notifications popping up but always have a clean environment without distractions to show the customer. You can also arrange the presentation content beforehand. What I also really like is how easily I can share mouse control with my customers without them having to install any browser extensions.
    So far there is nothing that I truly dislike about Demodesk. There are a couple of smaller features that could still be added though.

    I would definitely recommend Demodesk because it's ease of use, especially for our customers. Also it's a true time saver (scheduling feature) and makes sales demos and onboardings so much more professional.
    I really like how easy our customers can access demos or meetings with Demodesk (no issues with firewalls or downlodas required). By sharing control with the customer, I am able to actually collaborate with the customer (and don't have to decide if I or the customer is in control). This is very helpful for interactive product demos and customer onboardings. Another feature that makes processes a lot more simple is automated scheduling. Not only that customers can book their meetings in a self-serving manner but also that I am able to schedule a meeting for another colleague. Demodesk truly helps to design sales processes a lot more efficient and professional!
    At first, Demodesk was not super intuitive to use but the team really does a great job in onboarding and is always there to help.

    Initially, we thought the software will help us streamline our pitches. This is really the only reason why we considered it
    The online video platform is buggy at best and unusable at its worst. About 40% of meeting are shifted off the platform after the meeting started as somebody could not connect, use video or audio. The initial UX of the admin interface is hard to use and now with the update little improved, besides not finding anything anymore after literally every page and navigation changed. As we liked some ideas, we stayed on and hoped the development improved the product. The mobile experience is insufficient. After deciding that this is not a good option for us in the future, we tried to cancel. This is not possible online and interaction with support is required. That is uncommon for a simple SaaS tool and a pain for customers.

    Love how you can show webpages from inside the meeting playbook without sharing your whole desktop. New routing feature helps your filter/sort prospects to appropriate reps and you can customize questions based on how your assign sales rep to a customer. Customer needs just a web browser to attend the meeting demo. Everything is automated, meetings are scheduled in your calendar based on subscribed events. Connects with your CRM, google/officee365 calendars.
    find the pricing to be little higher, but then its a niche product.

    What I like most about Demodesk is the ability to have all meeting attendees work on the same screen without downloading anything. For us, it really increased potential customer's engagement/sense of participation, because now they can play with the software themselves instead of us showing them how it works, and they can try with a real use case instead of mock data we made.
    The user interface could use some improvements especially in settings, but you can figure out how the core product (meeting page) works by yourself.

    Clients are impressed how easy it is to access calls. No more cumbersome downloads on the client side. Also, I really like how smooth video call sessions with Demodesk work!

    1. No possibility to take notes, but it seems that this feature is on the roadmap
