The downsides of Catalyst are the occasional bugs that we see when it comes to saving and logging notes. The team is almost always quick to respond and fix the issue, but sometimes it seems to be recurring (i.e., inability to make a new paragraph in a text box, without the entire window closing, notes not saving, etc.).
