    Mass mailing, Requirement Broadcasting, Can send text or can connect call from one interface, submitting the candidate over a requirement, All Job Boards at One place, results are same whether you are searching individual job portal or through Ceipal API. First of all, the processing speed is a bit slow. So, need to work on speed. Recently, Ceipal added an API for Social Media profile option, the profiles migrated from Social Media is just a name, resumes are not available and if we are opening these profiles then views gets consumed and no resume are there. Admin is suggesting that choose the option of Dice only. But the advantage of this API is that these are just names and we can search these names over the LinkedIn and can connect with them over it and believe me these are best match of our requirements that's I would say, it's good but admin is asking to choose Dice only option just to save the views. First of all, it's very convenient to share JDs with candidates and requirements with the vendors, send a text message, call via logging in your telecom provider account in the Ceipal, marking submttal, report fetching etc (I can't mention everything). There is lots of savings of time and efforts and company can track our submission and work report from one place.

    Everyday i use CEIPAL, It works fine, Gives access to the whole resume/ candidature on the single screen. Best feature of it is - It works as a single Gateway to access multi portals such as Dice, Monster, Techfetch and your internal database. No mass email option in the portal. Biggest need if working as a recruiter you want to send the emailers or messages in Bulk. Please include mass email option. Recruitment, Selections and Onboarding Hello Customer, Thanks for your valuable feedback. But, we would like to inform you that we do have mass email options, both for sharing Job requirements and also for reaching out to candidates. We also have bulk email option to reach out to vendors for a Bench Marketing firm. Do reach out to your support manager or support-th@ceipal.com to get it activated.
