    It claims to have all the bells and whistles BUT they do not really work. If there are issues, good luck finding support. You will invest more time chasing them for issue resolution than on your business! I see that for every bad review, they post the same standard response making it appear that there is a real account manager or a responsive team. However, its all smoke and mirrors! They make it appear that they have it all but none of it works as desired. From a CEO perspective here are some examples (but these are very few examples, not all the issues...it should give you a clue on what to expect) - - They claimed that they will migrate all your data from existing ATS and CRM and will be available at your fingertips. Nearly 14 months into it we continue to uncover myriad of issues. Lot of data loss as you cannot possibly retain multiple ATS and CRM's for this long. Major Large SAP implementations take lesser time and resources than to work with CEIPAL. - They frustrate the customer with irrelevant solutions to issues where you will just learn to live with their many failures and system deficiencies. That is no way of successfully growing an organization. If you are a high-performing organization this is a sure shot way to drop your team performance to mediocrity. - Timesheet modules while they look good, they have many errors to a point where you will constantly fix the hours entered and missing data. - Dashboards look fancy but its all gobbledygook nothing really is accurate. - EXTREMELY SLOW UI. Good luck getting your careers page to integrate and actually work with this tool! Again, it all looks great during the sales cycle as they have all the bells and whistles BUT most of the modules fail to work as sold. You will end up having to redo ALL the transition work to move to another product once you tangle your organization with this tool. You will find that you will be stuck relying on their promises only to have a mediocre at best tool (and that is being generous). Here's a guarantee - look for the same standard copy and paste response from whomever is assigned to watch and respond to these review. Again smoke and mirrors! None and its not helping but hurting us. We are currently stuck with them and are active looking for alternatives to get out of this mess. They sold us good but now we realize we bought a lemon. Looks like a car but a car that does not really drive :-( Jay, were very surprised by the nature of your review given the time and support our team dedicated to fixing the many technical issues created by your company during the migration with your insufficient data. Our migration and customer support teams were all availed to help with your companys technical deficiencies, and you even had a direct line of communications with our CTO. That said, were always glad to recommend solutions to our valued customers even when the technical issues are on the customers side, as they were in your case. Despite your internal challenges, were happy to see that youve since been very active and productive on our platform, which we believe is a strong testament to the strength of our product and the responsiveness of our support team.     Ceipal Ats is a fully scalable and integrated applicant tracking system ATS which assists staffing Recruiting their workflows & enabling them to close more placements faster. Best applicant tracking system.I love its customized status workflows. The thing I like most about this software is we can able to do mass profiles upload.i am an IT recruiter, and im using ceipal ATS for months . as per my experience Ceipal is very helpful and easy to use ATS compares to others. There is a problem that when we are working on DICE or other job boards, we do not get the profiles and from this, the new social media feature that has come in it is also praiseworthy. With this, we get the applicant's personal details by which we connect him to cereal or LinkedIn. The security features in Ceipal are also good. Overall Ceipal makes it easy for us to find genuine talent with a good match. In a way,it is th3 backbone of the recruiting industry. Hackers are no longer just interested in banking information. There is nothing to dislike about the ceipal its useful for most of the employess to contribute to there company..i gave all 10 star rating,but still they can make their new upgrades to impress us more. Automatic elimination of every resume [even great ones] that the system cant read and interpret .Missing out on potential great hires and great pipeline talent when resumes are eliminated. Misread resumes in PDF format.The inability to read most if not all graphics.softwares homepage layout does notable to fetch relevant candidates profiles from third party websites functions are capable but hard to find The three problems with ATS Ceipal is , 1- You ve got the visylas too bad they dont mean anything,2-Your paying for the software.too bad it doesnt work for u,3-Youve got the data. too bad you cant understand any of it.the importance of data management accurate reporting and business intelligence is no secret .most importantly what solutions might .marketing requirements is one of the essential things which helps recruiters reach passive candidates yet over 70% of the residents finds it difficult to reach the approriate candidate.additionally email tool cannot provider dedicated to doing the same. reports and UI?UX were found to be less of a concerning area, with no respondents marking them as an extreme challenge however around 50% of respondents still mentioned they would like to have aclear pcture as to where there organization is standing.who is contributing more to the bucket, and get access to overacrhing client analyses.upon asking about the awareness they have of AI capabilities in an Applicant Tracking systems 33% of respondents marked that they are unaware while 26% have only been made warae within the past 6 months 16% of the respondents are aware of the technologies for more than one yeear and have successfully implemented the same.A whopping of the respondents mentioned they are planning to adopt an AI enabled ATS within the next 6 moths while mentioned they have this planeed for the next year. overall 85% organizations are planning to adopt AI enables ATS Solutions believing that. to help ovrcome this issuse and increase company ROI.

    Everything. I have been using Ceipal for 3 years now, I like Everything in Ceipal ATS. I believe it is the Best. You can use long Boolean Strings, It will show you best fit results unlike other ATS like Job Diva or any other ATS. You can get the Best candidates relevant to the profile. It works beautifully and gives you the relevant results only. It has multiple features like smart filters which help us to get the best relevant candidates in seconds. Nothing, Earlier There was a little issue regarding Mass Mail, It seems to be fixed now. There are no issues that I face problems with. It is the Best. Some suggestions would be the integration of Text Services to Ceipal. It is the reason why people can work in the staffing Industry. It is best. It solves multiple issues. 1- It increases productivity. It gives you relevant candidates within seconds and Filters work beautifully. The number of Filters provided by Ceipal Is much more than any other ATS. 2- ATS is a basic need to work in the Staffing industry and Ceipal enhances your performance up to a Level. 3- Along with these things ATS is helping everyone in multiple ways.     Onbording and LOI and Documentation, Interview scheduling, datebase management, reports of team and chrome addones like parsing from any source od resume like naukri, linkedin and github. Resume parsing while uploadjng from doc or pdf file, it want so many add on information that irritaes user. Also it won't allow you to block Google calender, neither create auto link for Google meet to schedule meeting. Onboarding, candidates database, candidate docs, team reports, reminders, interviews, avoid dublicasy, one solution for all team member, at one click all reports like submission, new jobs, etc Hi Abhishek, thank you for taking the time to write this candid review. Since you mentioned that you've found the form to capture applicant profile information to be too lengthy, we wanted to make sure you know how easily you can customize the form to be as long or as short as you need. In fact, you can shorten the form to require only 3 or 4 fields, for example.     Nothing!This app is terrible we are STUCK for now, the UI is poorly designed, hard for recruiters to adopt, ADVANCED SEARCH ONLY SEARCHES RESUMES..... as if all candidates have resumes??? Keywords and NOTES are NOT INDEXABLE AND SEARCHABLE and they won't change, its terrible! I will leave this year! You're UI and how you name modules and features shows us that you're UI /UX designer is not from America I'd suggest using a UI person in the USA to help bridge the language gap, THEY NEED RECRUITERS TO DESIGN THEIR UI!!!!! It's excellent! Support is unprecedented. You actually can speak with a single advisor.. who knows your account NONE! always on phone w support, every staff member HATES them Hi Philip.     CEIPAL is used by our whole organization. We use it for searching candidate profile for jobs. It is also integrated with other job boards. We can check our submission list and status of our submissions. When there are new jobs released they are entered into CEIPAL so that we can work on them. It is helpful in tracking our submission list from time to time. CEIPAL is very helpful and easy to use.
    Whenever we open a profile from other job portals integrated with CEIPAL the profile is migrated to CEIPAL's internal database. So, even if other portals doesn't work there will be many profiles in internal database. If any candidate behaves rudely we can blacklist the candidate and the whole organization can know about it.
    It can be integrated with other job portals so that it will be easy to access candidate profiles. We can track our submission list and their status. We can see the information about the jobs we work on and new jobs are also entered into CEIPAL. And the status of the jobs is also displayed. We can also know who migrated the profile. Who viewed the profile. We can send the job mails to candidates from CEIPAL. We can write a note for profile and the whole organization will see it.
    If added more job boards it would be very helpful for the user. It is dependent on the organization. It is a customisable one. So anyone who buys it can get it according to their thoughts. There are more and more updates for CEIPAL. We don't have to worry about it as the CEIPAL team is working for more and more updates.

    We have been looking out for a good application tracking system to be implemented across our recruiting team. We came across CEIPAL though some online research and found it quite impressive, upon doing some research we decided to move ahead and have this implemented for the whole recruiting team. CEIPAL as an ATS has helped us to track our pool of candidates in an organised way. It has turned out be a useful tool for reporting, application tracking, build out our resume data base etc. Over all it has presented itself as a perfect choice of ATS in a budget!
    Highly recommended for the Staffing and Recruiting industry where you would have to keep track of every candidate submitted against every mandate that you work upon. CEIPALwill help you do that systematically. For example if this tool has been purchased for (N) number of resources they would feed their details into the database which becomes available to track. This tool can be also integrated with your job boards.
    CEIPAL comes in a great budget with excellent features and great customer service. They would even personalize the features to suit your business needs. It has simplified our application tracking process and keeps track of all of our candidates without much hassle. Great reporting features - very effective for management to gauge performance across departments.
    While the customer service is not that bad, sometimes it takes a little longer to explain to the agent about the changes that we need.

    The decision is made by the management to switch to CEIPAL TalentHire. Initially it is difficult to go with the change but with the continues improvement from CEIPAL TalentHire its been easy for us to use this tool very efficiently. The customer support team is really helpful in adding features. For example our team requested for video interviews option to be added and the CEIPAL TalentHire team added it.
    I strongly believe that sourcing is the core of any recruitment process. CEIPAL TalentHire really works well and has many functions including email merging, integrated searching, job boards, live search and AI search. We can also follow the on-boarding process and see the paper work progress.
    The integrated search is the great option for recruiter to get a potential candidates with one single search. Tracks the full recruitment life cycle that is from sourcing to on-boarding. Email merges with title universal search options. BI reports to analyze performance and activity of client or a team or a particular individual.
    I would like to see domain or industry search option where we can source particular domain experience. Would like to see an option where I can specify a skill with years of experience and how recently - Ex:- Java with 5 years experience and last use in 2020.

    As with most software designed for these purposes, Ceipal has something of a learning curve due to the sheer size of it and the number of options available. This means it's not unusual to find some areas of it difficult to navigate, or some tasks within it clunkier than you wish they were. However, I've discovered quickly that when a feature is not designed to work in a way that makes sense for me, it's easily fixable because 1. the system is extremely open to customization on both large and small levels, and 2. customer service is outstanding and responsive. They will quickly and concisely walk you through what you're trying to do, show you how to make the changes you want, and research/ respond on functional or technical issues. I've tried several different applicant/ job tracking software products so far, and abandoned them all except for this one. The others have quickly been labeled unusable due to features, layouts, etc. being designed in a way that doesn't work for what I'm doing. The level of custom change potential in Ceipal, and the ease of making those changes (so far) means I can just keep adjusting it until it's set up to fit what I need to do. Excellent product.
    Customization options and customer support.
    Some areas of navigation are not intuitive. For example, customer support walked me through how to turn off a required text field on a screen, but now that I want to do the same thing on another screen, I cannot find the same area in which to make the change, so will have to speak to them again. I'm sure at some point I'll get through the learning curve and have a good grasp on everything, it's just a bit slow right now.

    Whatever our basic requirements are white switching from the existing it had all of them. Starting from the transition it was smooth and easy. In a month, the team ensured to educate and train admins/ users about the product and helped us to understand and learn more about the product. Is has been a great experience for the team and the tool was in our budget.
    Because the OLD ATS lacked the functions such as integration, Reporting, customizations and many more.
    Dashboards and ease of access. The system can be customizable as per the requirement and very easily. The resume search feature is a lifesaver and saves the work of uploading the resumes manually. Power BI helps to get the required reports in the format/diagram we want. The system is very fast compared to other ATS when it comes to resume search. It loads the search results in less than a minute, even if the system fetches 10000's of resumes and the support team is very responsive and helpfull.
    The system is loaded with tons of features and it is difficult to access all of them at once sometimes we lose the best of the features in the mix. Rather than focusing on developing new features, the development team should work on improving the current. Monster integration is a serious issue right now, if we look at the integration the system is integrated with the OLD API. The team should work on timely integrations.

    Over all, I would say, a good ATS with bunch of features but improvement is always exists, need to improve the processing speed and sometimes we send only one email to candidate from Ceipal but he/she gets it multiple times.
    It was just a database with limited and expensive because our employer had to pay separately for job portals and it was not cost effective with low degree of features.
    Ceipal has an number of features like, mass mailing (You can mail consultant and vendors with a good number strength in one attempt), can send text and do call just to integrate your voip in Ceipal, multiple job portals like Dice, monster available at one place with same efficiency as individual portals, reporting feature with small and BI technology, you can easily create a candidate profile and job requirement easily, easy to integrate with other software like Outlook and you can easily control the access of features as per designation.
    Slow processing but I think just because of multiple integration with third party software like Dice and Monster. Social profile feature is very good but it source only location and name, not resume but you can search this name and these are good profile as per requirement and string and send them connection request.

    Ceipal is a good to have ATS system, but in this current market people tend not to switch to a new ATS system as it requires a lot of work and training to the current employees who are already working on a different system, a great UI/UX and great new integration features which are not yet introduced in other ATSs.
    Giving a try to new platforms
    Ceipal is very straight forward, easy to use use ATS software, which has all the options to integrate with other CRM systems. It has a good reputation to work along with major job portals like Monsters and CB. It has all the options to maintain all the reports and data required for a particular team, client and managers to improve their productivity or to monitor productivity
    Ceipal appears like a downgrade when someone switches from a different ATS to ceipal, this might be the same case when someone moves from one ATS to the other. The main difference comes when there is a lot of activity for a single client, single role, single candidate which are associated with each others, its's better viewed on other ATSs. Also the integration with various VMS systems is also not upto the mark because of the differences between those VMS systems and client workflow concept.

    My overall experience with Ceipal ATS has been positive. The software is easy to use and has a lot of features that make it a great choice for managing job applications and tracking candidates. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful, which is a big plus. I'm also impressed with the integrations that Ceipal ATS provides with other applications, allowing us to streamline our recruiting processevenfurther.
    I liked the fact that Ceipal was easy to use and had a modern, intuitive user interface. The software was well organized and had many useful features such as a comprehensive task management system, comprehensive analytics, powerful data security, and the ability to integrate with a variety of other applications. Additionally, the customer support was helpfulandresponsive.
    The least liked thing about Ceipal is the lack of customization options. There is a specific set of features that you can use, but if you want something outside of that, you may be out of luck. Additionally, the user interface can be clunky and difficult to navigateattimes.

    Generation of Internal database is amazing feature. Mail merge, Free job Post, Hot Lists are the powerful functions . Value for money, ROI is the key.
    Due to the higher cost, and not much ROI.
    Its a 360 degree solutions for Recruitment, all round performance in terms of Bench marketing, Strategic recruitment and Head hunting. Most amazing part is API integration of Job Portals and job postings, more easier, just one click and your job is on air.
    In applicant search section, in advanced search, sometimes its taking time to fetch the results (this is in internal database search) and the result which we are getting some times its not accurate enough in terms of skill sets. In case if we are searching resumes on dice through ceipal, then from the search result page we can not open resumes in new tabs, there is an option for that we that is not much convenient. While Migrating any resume into our internal database from dice or monster, it take bit more time, if that can be reduce that will be much better.
