    I love that I can do most of what I need with GetResponse. Yes, I can do the basic email marketing things I need to do like sending emails, tagging subscribers, following up with my audience, and delivering lead magnets. But I can also create landing pages, entire funnels, run webinars, and a bunch more. I've found myself canceling multiple services because GetResponse covers so many aspects of my business. Also, the way they have implemented AI features to make things easier is awesome. I don't use it to fully create everything for me, but it does give me a pretty good jump start when I need to create assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    The online tech support team cannot provide in-depth support for all of the product features (especially anything that has to do with their SFDC Integration App available on the AppExchange. Said app is seriously broken; synchronization between GetResponse campaigns and SFDC is spotty and we are unable to get leads that are created in GetResponse to be created in SFDC. You cannot use forms that you build in the form builder on GetResponse landing pages; you need to use a stripped down version of a form tool that has serious limitations (cannot even make fields required!). Using forms on external landing pages requires a great deal of customization/javascript programming (no cookies for repeat downloads, no ability to have fields dependent upon each other, etc.).     Currently we are using this program as an email platform for our clients. We have 5-10 clients who send out emails monthly. We create an image for the email, it then goes to the emailer who writes the text. I approve the email and it gets sent out. We send about 3-5 emails a month per a client
    The graphing and percentages are very clear Easy to set up an email - edit - and - send Web forms are easy to create.

    We use GetResponse to achieve the necessary reach to achieve accurate, independent automation with emails and landing pages. At the same time, I love that the software is essential to create segmented lists; this has helped us to have great control and visual determination for convenience.
    I like that it offers very original templates and that I can play with the theme of the particular campaign. I can get a quantified and detailed report of the processes I am working on. The statistics system it has is very detailed and accurate. The interface is elegant and extremely easy to use.

    I used GetResponse (GR) to capture the contact information for my website visitors, to send my subscribers a weekly e-mail newsletter, to contact them about product sales and to put people into a marketing funnel.
    GetResponse (GR) makes it very easy to email people a sales letter and/or newsletter. Thanks to GR's snazzy templates, my emails look way more professional than my graphic capabilities. GR has the best mobile app - so easy to track open rates, etc. I love all the free training that GR provides I also love that their technical support is incredibly helpful - and responsive.

    Our marketing department uses GetResponse to send welcome emails to new customers and let them know about current discounts, deals or offers as well as what is going on with our company. We also send marketing emails to prospects that we meet at shows, events, and through other marketing endeavors that sign up for us.
    Lists are rejected on baseless grounds. They recommend a service to clean lists and even after being cleaned, emails and lists are rejected. They purged 80% of our email list because they were not interacting regularly enough with our emails. Their drag and drop editor is set up poorly, if you have similar look and feel emails there is no way to know which you are in. Often email templates do not save and you have to start over. Sometimes scheduled emails don't even send.

    GetResponse has been our primary mass email delivery service for several years, used across a few departments, primarily for marketing but occasionally for more specific use cases. We use it for our daily newsletter which goes out to tens of thousands, we use it for directed promotional emails for our products and services, and we have used it to segment our email list into more specific groups.

    We use GetResponse to automate our email marketing. We create custom funnels for onboarding customers and nurture existing customers. These funnels are made of customized e-mails that will go out on various dates to achieve certain goals. We use the landing page function at the top of our funnels to drive people from advertisements.
    At times the interface moving between sections can be clunky I would like to know details on who unsubscribed

    We used Get Response for almost 3 years with no issues. It is a basic service but for the most part it worked adequately. Nothing fancy, no integration with the website and it lacked other basic services, but it did work to send out email promotions. We typically have a sale once a month and would send out a couple emails about it to our email list. Additionally we would send out some other emails sharing a video or a story with our customers. During the 2023 Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend we sent out 5 emails in a week to promote our sales. Get Response turned off our services and accused us of spamming customers and also getting emails without permission. This did not happen and we communicated this directly to them, each email to their company was met with no emotion, no help and nor resolution. We were told we needed to show where we received all of our emails from (we had 28,000 emails), make changes to our website and approve the deletion of 14,000 emails, to have the capability to send emails again. I tried many times to email, chat and call and ACTUALLY talk to someone about this misunderstanding, I got nothing except for them to repeat the same thing over and over. We were not able to finish our email campaigns for the sale and as a result lost thousands of dollars. ALL communication from them was either a bot or a template that was used. There was no help from them whatsoever. We work with many companies and I have never received such terrible service. There was no effort to try and help us and only a very cold response to every inquiry we made. While this service might seem good to use, the customer service is terrible and if you trigger something in their system they WILL turn you off and hold all of your emails hostage. They completely controlled our company and the ability to communicate with customers that signed up through our website to receive emails from us. Get Response has cost our company thousands of dollars by not taking one moment to talk with us and try to fix the issue. Please look to other companies for these services, in the end it is too costly to lose your contacts. We went with Klaviyo and have been very happy. Mail Chimp is also a great alternative.

    I use GetResponse for building my list and keeping in touch with them. Since I started using it till now, I have had little or no issues with any of the features I use. What's most important for me is that my mails get to my contact's inbox and GetResponse makes sure of that. I do feel there are more features now on the app than I need and it is quite very good. I can easily clean my list and remove contacts that no longer respond or open my mails. The landing page builder and the website builders are good though I rarely use them.

    I absolutely love Getresponse and I use it daily. I easily design my marketing campaigns and even get customers to my landing page with the built in advert creator for Facebook and Google. My business cannot run without Getresponse.

    Brilliant email editor with very modern and truly flexible templates. Getresponse's autoresponders are very powerful too. The dashboard isn't the clearest to work out.

    As for me, GetResponse is a great alternative to such well-known tool as MailChimp. As for me, it's even better as it's quite cheap and easy-to-use.
