I started using streak about a year ago, I use the free plan and I find it useful to have a record of people reading my emails. With this tool I can be sure people read and open my emails and with this info I can have better control in my communication Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most is that it is a light tool, which allows fluidity and ease in everything, it is really intuitive, I love that it links perfectly with my gmail and I can work from there, it has powerful tools such as creation or administration of tasks, teamwork, it allows me to create templates, in addition to offering me a powerful and direct communication with my clients and potential clients, I like that it is a simple application and very easy to understand, it is efficient to organize emails and tasks, which I like the most is its integration with my Gmail. It was good to use this to manage leads for my business direct from my email account. I don't have too many leads coming in so having a system that picks them up from the email they send is quite good.

Streak is one of the best app's i have used so far. But the way they have transitioned from a free app to a subscription service has lead me to loose hope on the app. They gave one week notice to the existing customers to leave the service or pay to use the service. Ofcouse i had to quit using the service.

I use this product as an informal applicant tracking system as well as a contact list. It is helpful in many different ways and has a lot to offer as far as solutions [go].
Free Email tracking is included, it starts at 200 tracked emails a month but if you share it with 5 people it becomes unlimited. Mass mailing/Mail merging, allows use of mass mailing contacts and has dynamic fields for customized emails. Snippets or templating, allows for quick pasting messages that are used often. Snoozing or email reminding. Allows you to snooze an email and archives it until a set time where then it will pop up at the top of your inbox. Mail scheduling. Allows for sending emails out at a set time, this can be done with mass mailing as well.

Each of us sales reps use Streak to track our emails. We've even encouraged our customer success team to use it as they're engaging actively with our customers to know if they got their intended emails okay. The ability to see if a key prospect has opened my email or not is critical, the ability to be notified at the time they open the email and especially if they open it multiple times is even more insightful.

We use Streaks functionalities to help us better manage our Gsuite inboxes, by using the Streak boxes to handle deals and services pipelines inside Gmail. We also use the Streak expansions for Gmail like the e-mail tracking feature and the snippets saved messages for use in e-mails and responses in an automated way,
The interface of the pipelines view can have some improvements. I think it would be great if, besides Streak in Gmail, they had a separate platform for use when needed. The CRM features are limited when compared to some competitors.

It's an extremely simple yet useful software that enables our sales team to know when prospects are looking at emails. This allows us to pursue certain prospects somewhat more diligently and efficiently, as we know there is some level of interest due to the Streak notifications revealing they're on our emails.
Certain prospects VPNs make it difficult to know where they're geographically located. A read notification showing the duration a prospect stayed on an email.

I love Google products and Google Steak is no exception. I am even locked in at a discounted rate for getting in while it was still in Beta. There have been many updates however there is still some chunkiness to it. Even so, it does the best job of giving me access to everything I need in one spot, like email, contacts, tasks, notes, call notes, etc., for a GREAT monthly rate. If you are a small business, start here! You may never leave. Now they just need to fix their Android app and we'll be golden.

We use Streak to create the whole task flow when starting a project for another company. It is a great tool to see where exactly we are in the integration process and how far along we are with each company we work with. It works well, and is reasonably priced. My favourite part is that it integrates into Gmail which makes it extremely convenient. Streak does not come without issues, but they are minor and not too bothersome.

I found this to be a great sales lead/CRM tool when my business was smaller and cash flow was a huge issue. It integrates so easily with Gmail so you aren't going into yet another program to track emails and sales. If you're looking to keep things simple and integrated then Streak is a great option. I still use and love the email tracking feature which allows me to "know" if my clients have read the emails I sent.

Overall experience has been great and it has been a life saver. A lot could be improved though like automating the workflow of adding leads from emails, auto reminding about contacting leads. Streak has features on the free version, which no other crm has (in our knowledge) llike mail merge for your leads, magic columns, clean interface needing very little training, email integrated. Its a blessing!

Streak is one of the best CRM platforms out there. It is easy to install because it is just a chrome extension. It makes all email communication personalized but not time consuming to do which is great.
Streak is a complete CRM inside Gmail. Also, you can set dashboards or pipelines for other uses, like getting things done, following a project or hiring a collaborator. And you have email power tools included!
