    Streak's format is essentially what I think of as a clickable, expandable Excel spreadsheet. Having everything laid out clearly when opening pipelines is important to me and how I stay organized within my own brain, so this is definitely a highlight of Streak. We have been using Streak since the very early days (2018) so we've seen a lot of improvements come over the last several years. I also appreciate the design of being able to see emails and everything attached to a box all in one newsfeed-like layout. Being able to see everything all at once is imperative when revisiting a client's box to give yourself a synopsis before diving into something. A minor gripe (and I mean minor! it's not a dealbreaker) I have with Streak is the occasional downtime. It is most often during the workday, which makes sense, but not having access to any of the boxes in our pipelines because they won't load due to server or other issues can be chaotic, especially if the box you're trying to see is not one you've primarily contributed to. The other thing I am hoping for future change on within Streak is the reports feature. The reports are rather weak and honestly aren't helpful to us. We aren't able to craft anything that is really valuable to our business and goals with Streak's integrated reports, so it essentially requires us to seek an outside way to build them, which also means they unfortunately cannot be housed in Streak. I think Streak overall functions in a way that is best for small businesses. Server uptime has definitely gotten better over the years, so that helps us without explanation. I have also seen many feature and bug improvements come through in the newsletter and overall, that makes for a better, higher quality product.

    What I liked the most is that it is very intuitive, it was very easy to understand what it is about and very easy to use with Gmail, I like that it is completely integrated into my Gmail tray, and the interface is very simple and intuitive, I I like the tools it provides to keep track of all my clients, it is a great tool for recruiters, it is really useful for sales and marketing, it provides tools such as mass messaging, this saves a lot of time, I can also know who opened the emails what I sent, when and how many times it was viewed, it's easy to add new clients and leads, and the organization is very easy, the workflow view is really great. He did not present details while I used it, my experience was very good. It is a delightful software for tracking clients and for managing sales and marketing, totally recommended. I loved that it was very easy to access, navigating it is simple and what I like the most is that I have everything in one place, it is really light and easy to use each tool, it increases and improves the direct relationship with your clients, I love that I can send mass messages and also scheduled messages, the notifications are top-notch and make an important difference, I love that it is free, I like that you can collaborate with the team and share work, the client viewing options are really useful and the configuration and customization of the software were really easy.

    I like it a lot because it provides a simple administration, the best thing is that it is simple and easy to use, I also liked that I can really customize everything, it has efficient tools, the filtering at the time of the search is really fast, it has easy integration with Gmail, I also like that I can have an excellent collaboration with the members of my team, it is also very intuitive, the administration and monitoring of emails is very complete, I can also categorize my clients and monitor them, I like that it is easy to work within different pipes, I love that it is free, it is very easy to organize everything, it is also easy to review previous notes. Its simplicity in use allows errors to be minimal, and the user experience has been excellent so I have no complaints. I recommend this platform because it is a great product. I loved their notification system, the reminder feature to reply to an email is very helpful, I also love that I get a notification if someone reads my emails, the integration with Gmail is powerful and saves a lot of time, I like the feature to postpone responses, schedule responses to emails, it also offers the mass messaging function, which is very useful for sales and customer follow-up, it is a very simple system, I also like that it allows you to configure the most similar to your tastes, it's lovely.

    The organization has improved a lot in e-mail commerce, and much of this is due to the simplification of sending emails that Streak offers. It has a large, simple and intuitive storage interface. We schedule mailings, we manage our clients' information, tracking shipments. It offers us the opportunity to establish automated templates quickly and easily. We can schedule mailings, we set reminders to respond pending or even set automatic responses. For our team the possibility of use both on the web and on the mobile phone is of great advantage, however, the mobile application is not effective and truthful as it is the desktop experience. It has characteristics that do not flow so well, slowing down our process when working from mobile. Question that is not of great affectation since our main use is through the desktop, and we feel very satisfied with this experience. Its interface is completely professional, it has a very powerful web support and it is suitably easy to use on mobiles. It integrates extensively with other software of its kind like G Suite, as they are based on the same cloud as the Gmail platform. It is essential to increase all the productivity of any company, in a very simple and fast way, to which any company staff can adapt quickly, and turn email into a powerful CRM. We manage our time better and make progress in the sales process. We empower one of our main income bases such as GMAIL, scheduling our shipments already written and even automating responses and follow-up reminders to sales or campaigns. We manage the information of our clients in an advantageous way, since Streak groups our emails in boxes that allow a better visualization of the status of the contacts, we even add notes for a better organization.

    Streak is the best CRM platform integrated with Gmail inbox, it works with all G suite applications. You can track emails and see when one was opened and not only this, you can also track business flow, business processes, sales, hiring and much more. It is easy to configure its interface, it is clean, light and organized, it allows you to get the best performance from it. Our experience with this platform has been satisfactory and I have not had any problem or inconvenience, but some things could be improved, such as that emails will be added automatically and not manually, this would save a lot of time and have a stable work flow Furthermore, when you compare it with other platforms, you realize that it is not the best CRM of all. I recommend it to achieve an administration and management of emails for your company in a more effective way and with the best possible performance. Your work team acquires a constant work flow and productivity, in addition the configuration is simple, the interface is simple and organized, anyone can use this platform. We use streak in our company to manage our contacts and the offers found in the Gmail inbox in a simpler way and with functions that save us time and increase our productivity. The programming that this platform provides us to send emails increases our performance, in addition to controlling the opening rate of emails, our email management improved and is increasing. We have a greater reach of clients in addition to increases in profits from sales made. This platform is very complete.

    Streak is easy to use and has an excellent user interface. The pipelines are logical and easy to set up, and all in all, the software does what it promises. I love how it integrates into your email and makes it easy to access all the pipelines directly from where you use them. Streak is slow. As incredible as it is that it integrates into your inbox, that makes your inbox load exponentially slower, making it very awkward to access your emails quickly. One more disadvantage I could find was if I used multiple Gmail accounts in the same browser. Streak would continuously pester me to enable it for the Gmail accounts I didn't want to. Streak is a helpful tool. It is good at what it does and, as it integrates directly into your Gmail inbox, it is convenient to use. The only issue I have with it is how slow it makes your inbox. With that in mind, the slowness was just a slight inconvenience overshadowed by the immense convenience of actually using the service. Streak makes it easy to organize your contacts and make sure you provide them with the care they deserve. We use it to mark where in our process the customer is and whether they need any addittional training or support. It is a valuable tool that saved us embarrassment of losing track and letting problems slip through our fingers.

    It was good to use this to manage leads for my business direct from my email account. I don't have too many leads coming in so having a system that picks them up from the email they send is quite good.

    Streak is one of the best app's i have used so far. But the way they have transitioned from a free app to a subscription service has lead me to loose hope on the app. They gave one week notice to the existing customers to leave the service or pay to use the service. Ofcouse i had to quit using the service.

    I selected Streak because it was easy to set up and required no admin or developer assistance. I could get myself up and running without having to trouble any others on my team. Other systems I've used are costly and required integrations and authentication to be done internally before it can be active and ultimately made Streak a clear winner. I could turn it on and have it up within minutes.
    Well suited for a sales rep who wants basic visibility into who is opening or not opening emails. Also very well suited for any individual managing relationships with clients/prospects (CSM role, account manager, support, etc.). Streak would not work well for someone wanting deep analytics into email campaigns and templates (prospect marketing, lead generation, customer marketing, etc.).

    Streak is something I use for my business and for my personal needs, it allows me to see who opened my email, from what device, and when. This is really useful because it allows me to react in a way that gives me the upper-hand in certain situations, without having the anxiety of "did they see my email?" Of course, there are alternatives to this feature. Where Streak wins is it's simplicity and the ability to create reminders or mail merges with ease.
    Very well suited for salespeople. I would use it for anything to be honest, there is always a feature that anyone could make use of with Streak - as long as they're sending emails, they can benefit from it. And the majority of its great features are free. I highly recommend it.
    The read-receipt feature is exceptional, better than any other service I have used. The onboarding tutorials are really great. Everything works like it should.
    Streak could improve in the way it first integrates into Gmail. When you clear Cache and Cookies it disconnects and then you can accidentally send out emails without open-tracking. It could improve by having a better import system for importing data into the "boxes" used for mail merges. It could be improved by having the ability to split reminders for companies, based on who you talked to.

    Pipedrive is somehow "disconnected from the rest of the world" being a standalone app (the last time I used it was three years ago, that may have changed.) Salesforce is over-complicated and cumbersome for the "discovery" part of the sales process. Streak is straightforward to implement and starts saving you time right away, up to the point where a lead becomes an opportunity.
    Streak is well suited for the early stage of the sales process, especially where you don't know yet if there is a real opportunity or not. It is not a replacement for full-fledged CRM when it comes to established clients.
    By sitting right in your inbox it helps to save a lot of time that otherwise would be spent going forth and back between systems. The snoozing feature is priceless, helping on keeping track with leads while keeping a clean Inbox. My team can work collaboratively with each lead, making it easy to "pass the baton" at each stage.
    It would be cool if Streak integrated natively with other tools like our quote system and CRM. Exporting and manipulating aggregated data is somehow difficult. It lacks the features of a full-fledged CRM, which can be a pro or con depending on your specific sales process. It lacks a proper user interface (other than what you see in your inbox.)

    We try to use this as a full CRM for our Sales team. Outbound sales is a core part of our business, and Streak does a reasonably good job of this. At the original price we signed up at $39/user/month, it made sense. They've since bumped the price to $59/user/month, which is a massive increase with little noticeable improvements over the years (several 'nice to have' features have been added, but core functionality is limited). As a Gmail plugin, the platform risk is massive. We see it as too big a risk, and will be moving away from it ASAP. When we raised concerns about the price increase, their [SENSITIVE CONTENT] emailed (weirdly) and basically refused to acknowledge our concerns. Price increases like this are a cynical way to bump up revenue from existing loyal customers. A better alternative would have been to bump up pricing for only new added users, rather than ransoming your existing users. Generally their support is very responsive, but they're lumped with a buggy, very 'hack-y' piece of "software". Avoid the pain of switching platforms at a later date, and go with a fully fledged CRM from the outset.
    The deep integration with Gmail is nice, but it really feels like a massive hack, rather than seamless CRM software.
    Recently Streak bumped up its pricing for its most loyal users. The pricing is now as expensive, if not more expensive, than a standalone solution/fully fledged CRM. Because it's built on Gmail as a plugin, it never works as well as you want. The import process is clunky, and it's essentially like a limited-functionality spreadsheet. It's been very buggy since the day we started using it (over 5 years ago!), and it just doesn't compare to other full-fledged CRM solutions. As soon as we can, we'll be moving to new software.

    This is the stuff CRM's dreams are made of.
    Drove me nuts that they didn't exist within my inbox, and that they're integrations/syncing were not very good (too much redundant workflows).
    Masterful integration with Google's core productivity products (Gmail, G-Cal, G-Contacts, G-Meet, etc.). I wanted a CRM that increased efficiencies AND reduced redundancies, eliminated multiple software subscriptions, and existed WITHIN gmail. Streak achieves all of this (and-believe me-so much more) with flying colours. Not to detract from the many superior features of Streak, but I wish to use the following example to illustrate how exceptional Streak's value offering is. Whatever software you currently use to create snippets (AKA: email templates), if it's robust, your annual cost is likely a significant percentage of what you'd pay for Streak. Yet, Streak's snippet feature is far and away better than every similar snippet software I've ever used (and I've used the top 5 [in terms of largest user base]). While snippets are but a footnote feature amongst Streak's suite of sophisticated features, my point is that snippets alone are worth the value of a Streak account. Oh, that's right! The snippets are included in the free package. That's another point. Streak's free tier is so good that I'm sure many users/reviewers have little need for the paid plans if they run a solo operation. Just know this, though. Streak is the good stuff. If your business needs grow, so will your Streak consumption. Thankfully, Streak's paid plans are phenomenally competitive... dare I say, generous. Streak's ongoing maintenance, enhancements and customer services are golden.
    The guilt I feel, for how little I pay, to use such a refreshingly functional CRM.

    I was able to sent emails to a lot of people but helped me not sound robotic and general because it lets me modify variables that I want to populate in the emails by just merely putting it in an excel csv file. Who says being personalized in email correspondences is a bottle? Well, they haven't installed or used Streak!
    As a part-time resume editor, and a full-time workforce planner, I need to email a lot of clients. Emailing them takes so much time even if the emails are just the same, and I just need to edit one or two words in the message I will be sending them. Before, it took me a great deal of time wasted doing it one by one, but because of Streak, it made it easy for me now! I can now email 100 people in just one click and one email template, but you will not sound robotic because it lets you modify some variables you want to populate by just editing it in one .csv excel file! Streak also helped me keep track of my senders. It provides me the information if the person I sent the email already opened the message once or twice. This helps me to know whom to follow up or whom I need to call because they haven't opened my email which saves so much time for me!
    I am using a work email powered by Gmail, and sometimes whenever I clear my cookies and cache, the Streak extension crashes and I need to rerun it. If I am using a different computer, I need to rerun it too again. It is not that time consuming, but I hope they can find solution to that so that it will be sync on all computers that I am using and only needs me to run it once per device.

    I like Streak and I would recommend it to folks who are looking for an integrated CRM with an email platform. I think this idea is genius and I've committed myself to getting familiar with Streak because I love all of my google apps and capabilities. I'm able to have one area were I can do everything I need to do from a sales and follow up perspective and I don't know what could be better. My only downside is the learning curve is long and it took me awhile to get adjusted. But now I'm good and would recommend this to anyone who is looking to simply their CRM process. The UI isn't ideal, but I don't care about that stuff as long as the functionality of the service works.
    I love the fact that Streak CRM lives within the Gmail client. I love everything Google and use their services and features everyday. Streak lets you leverage everything that is amazing about Google in a very seamless and easy to view format. Streak takes advantage of google platform and now I'm not jumping back and forth between 2 or 3 different data bases.
    There is a learning curve with Streak. It takes times to get used to how they "title" everything and it takes a while to get accustom their "Streak" work flow. It took me longer than I hoped to get up to speed on how Streak works, but I forced myself to get embedded with Streak because of my love for Google. Sometimes there is SO much functionality you can get lost in the details, but if you slow down, you won't have any problems.

    This product has enabled me to keep all my emails and attachments related to a project in one place and allows me to track the progress of a project from start to finish.
    Neatly keeps all emails and attachments related to a client in one place. The Sidebar makes it easy to, at a glance get all the customized information you need when you open an email related to the client.
    The cost. Inability to customize fields for contacts & companies including a photo field. Unable to nest records like an account that has several sub accounts and different contacts for each one and each one having different projects and project tasks for each etc. You cannot choose fields for just contact records, account records, opportunities, projects or tasks without having to create several pipelines for each type of record. If you do create several pipelines for each type of record you are not able to pull fields from one pipeline to have it display in another pipeline. For the price, you can get a full CRM system that can be customized for the way you work. If the price was lower I could give this product a good rating for being a simple CRM to track your emails and attachments related to a contact and track pipeline progress.

    Streak is one of the best CRM I have used to develop new projects for the company, it help us to keep track of how the sales process evolves in order to achieve the objective of new customers. All the people involved (external and internal) will always keep informed in all of the steps. Worth trying it!
    Best of it, it is basically a plug-in installed, it will super charge your Gmail. It is easily to set up the tracking (in your Gmail) for leads, upcoming prospects, follow ups, quote tracking, and more. It will allow you to create a pipeline of the possible customers and let you follow up through the mails you are sharing and receiving with them. Some additional features worth to mention is that you can track the openings of the emails shared, associations of specific contacts with specific deals, and best of all, setting up the pipeline as you wish for.
    There are not cons to worth mention related to the features the tool offers, nevertheless, around the visuals could have some improvements to make it nicer and joyful to use. If the visuals as colors, icons and fonts improve I'm sure a lot of more people will love it!

    Streak is a complete CRM inside Gmail. Also, you can set dashboards or pipelines for other uses, like getting things done, following a project or hiring a collaborator. And you have email power tools included!
