5.0Managing contacts is really easy through the use of tags, segments and lists and has made managing our database a lot easier from previous platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0There are so many features included that other platforms charge extra to access. The customization of the logic flow is the biggest thing we love about ActiveCampaign. Another huge feature on the CRM side is the ability to drag and drop your leads into different stages so there is a visual representation of where the contact is in the sales pipeline. 5.0What I like best about ActiveCampaign for Marketing is the flexibility it offers with campaigns and automations. Most other tools I've tried are always missing *something*. You could be paying for a premium package and still have to upgrade to enterprise for 1 teeny, tiny little thing you need to optimize your launch or welcome email sequences (for example); even when you're a small business owner or solopreneur... With Active Campaign, I get everything I need and it is SO customizable + a CRM which makes moving from marketing to deals/sales SO easy. I literally could not say enough good things! 0.0No pop-up tasks. These worked very well well for with Salesforce No ability to set projection, to track leads and configure terminology to match how we speak at this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0The compliance team is a disaster. It is email only customer service. You are not permitted to speak to a human.. Ever! We ran into a problem when we ran our first test campaign. These were all known contacts from our database. Compliance suspended our account on day 1 and we have spent months trying to communicate via email with their compliance team. They are great at billing us each month, but that's about it. We are now forced to cancel our service since there is no pathway forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Didn't allow us to use leads from trade shows that didn't fill out an online form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0Lo que ms me gusta de Active Campaign son las muchas posibilidades que te da para automatizar cada paso de un embudo de email marketing. Puedes controlar todos los estados por los que pasa un Lead y crear mltiples opciones.
5.0ActiveCampaign offers powerful yet user-friendly tools to enhance your email marketing campaigns
5.0It was the most user friendly and organized marketing automation platform around.
1.0The useability was not good and confusing.
1.0Interface pouco atrativa, programa pouco intuitivo, as informaes no ficam claras, dificil de incorporar no dia a dia do trabalho.
1.0Using Active Campaign is the worst part of my working life. It's clunky, slow, buggy, and is caught trying to do too many things and doing them all badly.

10.0I am using ActiveCampaign at the company I currently work at, for my personal blog and strongly recommend it to clients I occasionally work with. It is being used to send email newsletters and set up automations based on actions a subscriber takes. One of the core benefits it provides is that it has email automations with very strong capabiities and its API is very friendly to set up events and custom actions, which makes it ideal for small and medium SaaS.
Automations: You can segment users, apply tags and do a bunch of other things in order to nail your targeting and messaging. Very easy to set up with an array of triggers and actions, like wait time, copy-paste actions, etc. Pricing: If you get the plan that doesn't have the lead scoring and CRM, you get a very affordable email service provider with high deliverability and strong automations. List cleanup: It has an automated way to clean up your lists from inactive subscribers that hurt your deliverability. The support team has helped me many times toset things up.
10.0ActiveCampaign is one of the best budget options for marketing automation. While there is a CRM aspect, and in theory a sales department appeal, I think the primary usage is around marketing automation (although for the price, having the selling tools is a nice perk). Usually, ActiveCampaign is deployed within the marketing, or marketing operations department. Because of its placement in the market, it's often a good fit for smaller businesses that are not in a budget place to consider some of the pricier options, however, don't discount it as a tool for a larger company. If it has the tools you need, it can be a solid choice. However, the weak integration with SFDC often prevents me from suggesting this as a tool for larger businesses. Some can be done with the built-in integration, and using some API work (either custom dev or through a middle company like Zapier) helps, it's still not as strong when it comes to a 1:1 CRM sync.
Sending emails at an affordable cost Plug-and-play website/email automations. Very easy to set up triggered emails based on web activity. The SMS messaging is a nice perk you don't often find in a tool at this price point Clean list management and basic CRM functionality
10.0I practically beg my colleagues to switch to ActiveCampaign, especially if they’re moving into more business automation and want to accurately and efficiently track their email list activity. I’ve used a couple of competitor's products and find them cumbersome and confusing. With Active Campaign, automation series are simple and visual, templates are easy to create and edit, and the robust tracking/tagging options aren’t in the way of the normal use for beginners while still being easily accessible for more advanced users. This is an email system that scales with your business and integrates well with sales funnel software.
Easy to implement detailed if/then email Automation Templates are easy to use and access Integrates with click funnel
3.0We are using ActiveCampaign for both Marketing Automation (i.e. automated educational sequences for existing users) as well as a CRM platform, for managing our Sales pipeline.
CRM functionality is sub-par compared to other CRMs Reporting is very basic and lacking advanced functionality [for my needs] Advanced automations, triggers, and connections between workflows are not working well at all [In my experience], the Chatbot is extremely basic and lacking
3.0We use it as a sales and marketing CRM, but our success and support team trickles in there sometimes too. We also try to use it to calculate commission.
Product: built backward in a lot of ways and is incredibly unsmooth to work with Server goes down a lot Buggy as all get out
4.0ActiveCampaign is used for the whole company as our email marketing tool for campaigns and automations. It allows us to communicate with our audience based on their interests or actions.
Limited Drag'n'Drop Design Options Testing Groups Not Available No Ability to View or Edit HTML in Drag'n'Drop editor No Ability to Create Content Groups in Builder

1.0Overall: If I could tear this system out and start with a new marketing automation, I would do it yesterday. Every time anyone on our team uses it, it never works properly and we lose information all the time (Customer Service was of no help in this area). Additionally, we can't even use for data analysis because the information is not accurate. We will see clicks in the thousands for content in our emails (very unusual) - but Customer Service told us that some customers servers may do a "security check" when emails arrive in their system to check for malware. Fair enough - but as a result, we are not getting any kind of data to make future decisions. Buy ANY other software, avoid this at all costs.
5.0Overall: As a startup founder, It is really difficult to choose the right platform to commit with. You have free options and very expensive ones. So Active campaign was a great option for me, right on the sweet spot. Their customer success team is the best. I have had three on boarding one-on-one calls where they have understood my business and helped me with all the setup, resources and best practices to start using it the best way possible. It is a very robust system, I only use the email automation, segmentation and I am starting to use their CRM, but the posibilites are endless. So far I love it
4.0Overall: ActiveCampaign works well but can be expensive. I am now using mailerlite which is comparable less expensivr.
4.0Overall: The pricing is reasonable and it does what you need it to do.
4.0"Amazing product for the more experienced "
