I like Omnisend because it's quite simple, but all best practices for e-commerce are available there. The prices are reasonable, the integration with Shopify works great, and the customer support works excellent. I am especially greatful to Maria from customer support, she helps me to find the best solutions in a moment :) Maria, thank you so much. I like the built-in email editor, the main automations include all best practices. I see that the team improve the product. System doesn't let you upgrade your plan immediately. I am adding 2,000+ new subscribers per day. Omnisend isn't designed for growing companies that want to build their subscriber list and send emails. The least friendly marketing automation tool I've tried to use. We asked to downgrade the account to a free one because we are transitioning. All we received was a link to the FAQ, which did not help our situation. So after going back and forth with myself and a couple of team members for a few weeks, we finally just froze the account. We then got billed for 3 of our brands and requested a refund, and they issued credits to our account. Customer service was awful, and a lot of features that were promised were not existent. The help desk said certain features were impossible, and our implementation representative, Heather, figured it out and was excellent. Not a platform for advanced marketing. You cannot search SMS, and SMS numbers are not associated with the contact record, which makes it very time-consuming. I would recommend skipping it if you are vetting ESPs. First they have very limited templates. And then I raised first case related to one of the templates and they've failed to resolve it. Instead working on it their tech team advised me to use jpeg and other supported formats. While there was no issue with the format as I used jpeg only.Had given them real campaign code to check - not sure why they asked for it if they had to give generic advice.They again asked me to wait for tech team's revert.They actually don't look at the problem and intend to solve, but rather give generic advices.

As far as integration and its deliverability rate? Its not the greatest. I have a huge issue about its ability to deliver ALL of my interactions, this is essentially what this specific software is made for.

We're a pretty small outfit--pretty much just me and my partner. I've taken on the marketing duties and we've had great successes in many areas. But email marketing was always a tough one because there are so many apps out there and it's difficult figuring out which one is the best. Anyways, after trying MailChimp and Klaviyo (too unfriendly and too expensive), we found Omnisend, and it's been great ever since. Such easy setup and we created our newsletter quickly. I think maybe 5 or 10 mins. Now we're using it regularly. We pretty much fell in love with their pre-filled popups and their automation is great and getting better and better each day. It takes a little bit of work to set up the automation workflows the first time, but afterwards you don't have to worry about it anymore. It's currently being used by both of us now, but I take the brunt of the creation and my partner checks the numbers from time to time. It's really great and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it!
Newsletter campaigns - the content editor is the usual one you see on email marketing apps, but it works so smoothly and well. Of course, there's Product Picker that allows you to just pick a product from your store and it goes straight into your newsletter--no need to add images or descriptions. Really easy. Popups are great because they look amazing right out of the box. It's all pre-filled so if you don't like looking at a blank screen, you can just adapt the wording and it's there. voila! Automation really is nice and it's the bulk of what we're doing now. It's like second level ecommerce marketing I guess, because you really see after some time how having automated steps can really save you time and make you a lot more money. Omnisend's automations are really good and intuitive and was really easy to learn and implement.

Haven't been in ecom too long - maybe like 4 months - but someone advised that i should get started on my email marketing the same time i started my store. used mailchimp first and it was just...confusing as heck. and ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. It's like they don't care. Anyways, wouldn't recommend it for anyone, but especially new guys. but with omnisend, i was so shocked. Omnisend is an amazing app that makes your marketing strategies more simple, but the results are a lot better than one might expect. Starting with features like - Segmentation, A/B Testing, Reporting and more Omnisend brings new and amazing opportunities that weren't explored before. You can also create omnichannel marketing strategies, like additional SMS campaigns. Everything is made so much easier with automation too.

Omnisend is a dream come true tool. I switched from Mailchimp and never coming back after horrible service Mailchimp had. Omnisend is a tool that functions a ton better than Mailchimp. This is a real must-have for every online store owner who takes the business seriously. I use it for marketing automation, especially their powerful Cart Recovery feature but the rest of their platform is also very useful - I send email blasts and collect subscribers with their forms with ease.
