    The EngageBay All-in-one platform is the most simple, but what I like best they have great customer support. This I would say is that USP (Unique Selling Proposition). However, there are many things I love about the platform. It has a Marketing, Sales, and Support system for your business. The marketing platform allows you to build landing pages and create automation to take your prospect through the customer journey, where they come out on the backside as paying customers. The sales platform is designed for direct sales (Telemarketing). There are many things I dislike, but the simplicity of the platform allows for quite a few workarounds. As you have probably learned, there is no perfect platform. All of them have issues. Here are my gripes about EngageBay. They don't have enough video training. If you're not somewhat intuitive, this is not the platform for you. However, the intuitive thrives here; it is just that simple. I don't like the mobile landing page builder. You build the desktop, and then you must rebuild the mobile landing pages. I don't like their third-party integrations. They are sometimes not as intuitive. I don't like the way the sticky-bars work; they should allow you to suspend them without deleting them as you deem necessary. I a sure there are other things, but nothing significant. In the end, it is just tiny frustrations, and there are no large ones. They allow me to do almost all of my marketing from one platform. I have a landing page builder, forms, stick-bars to build a list, and social media post disbursements. There have been many products I have been able to replace my autoresponder, my website platform, automation, and many other tools they allow you to get rid of. At the end of they day I would imagine they save you $500+ per month.

    It is a helpful tool for small and medium-sized businesses, providing a range of automation and workflow features for sales, marketing, and support. The platform is easy to use and offers good customer service, including the ability to quickly implement new features upon request. Its all-in-one solution and affordable price point make it a good choice for startups and small businesses. I wish there was more space for lists without having to upgrade the plan. These lists are really useful for keeping my business organized, and I think it would be great if the paid plans included more of them. I've also been contacted a lot by sales, which is fine, but the policy of deactivating accounts if they're not logged into at least once a week is a bit shocking. I understand the need for some level of activity, but I think once a quarter or even once a month would be more reasonable, especially for those of us running a side business and not needing to be on the platform every week. The platform's range of features, including lead and contact management, sales forecasting, email, and messaging tools, and integrations with other business applications, it helps streamline our sales process and improve our ability to connect with and serve our customers. The automation and workflow features of Engage Bay helps us save time and resources by automating tasks and streamlining our processes. Overall, the All-in-One Suite has improved our efficiency and effectiveness as a digital marketing agency, allowing us to better serve our clients and grow our business.

    It's most helpful that Engagebay can automatically sync course enrollments from our Thinkific LMS websites. That way, we can segment contacts by what they've shown interest in. The automations and workflows are particularly helpful for moving leads through different lessons to vet interested leads before assigning them to the sales department. It's a plus that we don't have to recreate our website on their platform to make it work for us. Also, the team at Engagebay is very responsive to our needs. There are a few things that could be made easier in the programming, like copying whole automations to workflows so we don't have to manually recreate them and copying of emails created in automations--it would be nice if templates were automatically created when an email is created anywhere. Looking up a contact's activity from live chat could be more seamless because a contact doesn't wait around very long to get an answer; instead of having to open another tab, I'd like to be able to click on the email to open the Contact's record. Targeted followup emails that are automated based on what a contact does on our website is probably the biggest problem that we are going to be able to solve. Assigning salespeople automatically at the end of that followup evenly between our sales department is also a game changer for us.

Contact management should be improved. Social software analytics should also be Included. A calendar view can also be integrated straight onto the e-mail template. It will help their users a lot. Additional e-mail purchases should be made affordable. It is the most comprehensive solution for your business. Its cloud-based platform allows businesses to use marketing tools that will help you manage all your relationships and interactions with your customers. You can also stay connected to different apps through its integration. One of the most beneficial things about EngageBay is that t provides complete free CRM with an automation platform, live chat and video template features.     Customer Relationship Management is a powerful tool that allows businesses to understand who their customers are and why they shop. I recently started using this one, and I am super impressed. With features that go far beyond what I am expecting, this software provides a deep understanding of customers. The customer service team also solved my issue quickly. For both small and mid-sized businesses, I highly recommend it. My previous CRM was difficult to set up. It required a lot of time and effort. This new one, on the other hand, is incredibly easy to use. You can import data from other systems, as well as get detailed help from customer service if you need additional guidance. We're more than just a CRM. We're customer relationship management that goes beyond contact data and a digital address book to incorporate a beautiful task manager, contract tracker, project manager, and hundreds of other fully-integrated cloud applications. So there's no shortage of ways you can get things done. Now that you have a great value proposition you should be thinking about how to attract the right customers. The automation and workflows in EngageBay are truly amazing. Ive been using them for a while and truly believe they are an indispensable tool for any business to use. Another feature that makes Salesforce such a powerful CRM is its contact management, especially when combined with the template system. This is just one example of how you can improve your writing in a way that doesnt require you to come up with completely new material.

    It's pretty cheap compared to other marketing automation tools. There are very few native integrations. The tool doesn't offer the same flexibility as other marketing automation platforms. It's clunky and difficult to set up good workflows. It doesn't even have built-in UTM tagging. We are not solving any problems with EngageBay. We used it for one client, and we encouraged them to switch to a different platform because of the lack of features and integrations. Sorry to see the only 1 star review because of lack of integrations you are looking for. As a relatively young company, we are adding several new integrations every month to our existing 50+ native integrations we have so far. Using Zapier, one can extend the integrations to hundreds of other apps too. Any specific integration you're looking for? Please let us know so we can see if we can expedite.     I was looking for a something to replace Active campaign and EngageBay fit the bill. I am able to add more contacts and create the same email automation that I was using in AC. For the price, EngageBay is saving me money and providing more application to use.

    I've setup a "Sequence" with 3 emails to be sent before holding my Webinar and thought everything was ok and went on. Just to come back on the day of the Webinar to see that nothing was sent and every contact was hard bounced. Yes every single one of them. Furthermore I couldn't send any email broadcasts to the contacts either. So mainly I was left with leads for my Webinar which I couldn't even use, were it up to Engagebay. The support team's solution? Purchase credits to "verify the contacts" to be able to use them. So besides making me lose my time, not delivering the emails and rendering all my contacts useless they want me to purchase something for it to actually work?? Absolutely disgusting and shameful business practices! They then tell me that the problem is not on their end and insist that every contact has an invalid email address. With another similar service I sent the emails with ease. Out of all the contacts, only 4 bounced. Engagebay has set me back a lot with this. Avoid at all costs!

    Generally, we've not had a bad experience, but it hasn't been great either. The customer service is very good, you get quick answers to questions using the chat function, and they are very helpful behind the scenes. And the software is enough for what we need right now, but I think we'll outgrow it within a year, which will be frustrating! We're 4 months in and have had to upgrade twice, which gets expensive when it's for multiple users.

    Salesforce and Marketo are the strongest CRM products out there in the space. The drawback they have is that they are immensely expensive and complex to set-up / use. Salesforce is extremely complex, especially when using in conjunction with Pardot. EngageBay is simple, easy to use, and easy to build from. And their customer service is far more responsive than those platforms.
    I would absolutely recommend EngageBay to any customer looking to switch from Marketo or SalesForce that wanted a cheaper solution while still highly effective. Those platforms require hands-on integration consultants and full-time employees that know how to handle those CRMs. This CRM is easy to use for any beginner marketer.

    This software made my day, month, and year. Everything is easier now.

    We started out looking for an affordable CRM/Email Marketing System that didn't charge by # of Contacts. EngageBay was the most affordable of those we found, but since we had never heard of it, we were skeptical it would be very useful. We were so wrong. This is one of those products that gets better, not worse, the more you dig in into it. It feels like I know a secret that no one else knows. IT HAS EVERYTHING. All in one app. We're saving so much money. We got an entire suite of software with at least 40 modules that we would have had to pay for from other apps (Social, SMS, Sales Management, Appointment Calendar, Ticket System, Live Chat, Integrated Automations, Etc..) We can cancel so many services thanks to this software. We had one issue logging in with the WordPress Apps, but it turned out to be our fault for not reading the manual. We sent a quick chat, and customer service answered on almost instantly. They were fast, very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. That 5-star service made the sale for us. We moved 22,000 contacts from another service that has 5% of the capability of EngageBay. I don't write reviews. But I feel like we got so much for so little that I had to give back. We will be recommending this to all of our small business clients.
    I can't think of anything yet. We're still on the Honeymoon.

    We are able to manage our customers and prospects well. With automations and workflows we are able to set up drip campaign which keep lead warmer and help in conversions. Email handling is very good, we are able to do email campaigns We are also using ticketing tool for customer support. Chat widget is good and used in our multiple sites. Loved pop up and messages displayed on my different sites , intelligent control through engage bay. If two step pop up capturing phone number with country code and email is given would really solve our business problem and improve our whatsapp integration
    More functions and features - single crm tool with most features
    Found a very good customer support. My couple of issues were resolved realy fast appreciate same. Easy to use tool, workflows and automations are easy to set up and very useful
    Additional email purchase is very very expensive. Would love this tool and blindly recommend to all of my community if additional email purchase can be reduced. One additional functionality which can be very useful for business can be scheduling a batch job to run workflow or automation on specific date and time or with specific frequency like daily or weekly. In forms phone number field need to be improved - country code should be captured correctly associated with main phone number

    Engagebay offered email sequences in the free plan which turned out to not work at all.
    At first I liked what it offered for the free plan (things that other similar services didn't offer for free).
    It doesn't work at all and the support team asks you to purchase credits for it to work.

    It's straightforward to use, and the best thing is with larger functioning software's there needs to be strong support, and they have that well setup. You can easily get in contact with their help desk to quickly have answers to any of your needs.
    They had disjointed software and worse support.
    Engagebay has the most comprehensive suite of features for marketing without the associated costs you incur for other tools out there. I first was looking at marketing software that could encompass a lot of the needed aspects to support our and our clients campaigns, and was pleasantly surprised at the breadth of tools available within Engagbay. They cover both marketing and sales as well which created needed synergy.
    The only thing that comes to mind right now is the automations that can be created sit in silos in marketing or sales... they have different functionality, but I've found myself looking in marketing for a sales automation and vice versa. I understand the need for the separation, but one automation location with a way to filter and separate marketing vs sales would be helpful.

    **_Nice all in one tool_** Engagebay has helped me quite a bit with my digital marketing in last 2 months. Design is east and I can also track who opened my campaigns and get metrics. I think Startups and small businesses who are looking into low-cost CRM softwares must try this first.
