Easy to impliment and integrate with APIs. The interface is very intuitive - it's easy to see what you need to do and how automations and subscriber lists interact. It's incredibly easy to use, even if you aren't familiar with how lists and automation work. Plus, customer support is fast and helpful. I'll admit, I'm still fairly new, but I was able to get four lists up and running in a week with only minimal customer support questions. For a novice to email collection, embedded forms and landing page surveys Mailerlite has been invaluable in building my business and updating my growing email list. The support when trying to add a survey to harvest customer problems has been so useful. Although my knowledge is limited I felt able to make the changes needed to improve the function of all of the above without feeling clueless. Their customer support is a joke. They only seem to return emails in the middle of the night which then leads to yet another day of unsolved problems. Mind you I live in the middle of the US so it's not like I'm in a wonky time zone. Then THEY failed to check my fully working site and claimed it's "inadequate" (it's a entrepreneurial blog with multiple posts and pages) so they put me on probation and limited me to 500 subscribers, while aware I have 4k+ I'm trying to migrate from a different CRM. Lower open rates, something was wrong with email deliverability. Additionally I got incomplete information when doing a pre sale question, If I would have got complete information I would have not bought the annual plan. I usually don't write reviews but I had to write a review on this one. I had to upgrade in order to send emails to all my subscribers only to find out that I can't send broadcast because the emails on my automation doesn't follow their rules. When I asked for refund they said that they can't give refund because I already send emails to my subscribers but I can't send any emails because they won't approved the account. They should've said that from the beginning, you will loose your money stay away from this MailerLite and go with another Email provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use MailerLite to send a variety of marketing messaging; from newsletters to product, brand, etc. But maybe most importantly are the automations and triggers; these enable us to better serve our customers with specific needs and help improve efficiency within our organization. Our biggest problem in communications is that we serve multiple subcategories within the music industry, and each of these are managed as singular businesses within our larger org chart. MailerLite is invaluable in that regard; we can serve each of these singular businesses within our org and their customers and also our fans at large.

Major red flag with this company. If you read the Terms of Service, they do not provide refunds due to functionality. That means if you sign up and it does not work properly, they still not bother refunding you. I've attempted to obtain a refund several times due to poor email deliverability and they just simply stand by their "Terms of Service". They do not actually care that they take your money and do not provide you with a service that works. I am also forced into upgrading my plan to continue using it. Customer service just gives you the standard answer and does not actually take the time to listen to your needs. Steer clear of this company. Unfortunately, I was warned by using MailerLite before but I thought I would try it due to its cheaper plans. But this is clearly where you get what you pay for (not much at all). "We do not refund any unused or partially used plans (monthly or yearly) when you did not use or partially used the Services, and/or forgot to cancel your plan, and/or if you canceled immediately after your credit card was charged for the new billing period. A refund will not be applied if you purchased a wrong monthly/yearly plan (even by mistake), and/or decided to cancel your subscription after the purchase because of functionality."

I signed up for MailerLite with the intention of using their API to add subscribers based on the actions they take on my website. For example, some users sign up for a newsletter, and others purchase a paid subscription. However, their API did not work for me. I followed their instructions exactly but got an error that prevented me from adding users. This means that the tool was completely useless for me, it simply did not work at all. I wasted many hours on setting it up initially and then unsuccessfully trying to fix this error. Unfortunately, their tech support was not helpful. And after 4 days of not receiving an answer, I canceled my account and requested a full refund. Now they aren't even responding to my request for a refund. I have done business with many companies online, I think this customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced. I have reverted back to my previous email service provider and I seriously recommend avoiding doing business with MailerLite, they are absolutely terrible and don't deserve your business.

I spent about ten hours personal time to setting up an automated emailing. During this time the MailerLite fell for 4 hours. Then, before the launch of the advertising campaign, the MailerLite fell again and is not available for more than 14 hours. In response, I received from Gabija from MailerLite just a useless reply "Our tech team is not online at the moment and unfortunately, they can not check your account. When you need e-mail marketing and want to keep it both simple and professional, then you should definitely consider MailerLite. Prices and plans are individual and very affordable, the team is professional and always there for you.
