Customer support provided useful tips and detailed explanation on how the VDR works and on all the features of the tool, in particular on the ones necessary for our transaction. Since the first request of quotation both sales and support teams were super responsive and provided all the information needed. Thanks to the desktop app, the upload and syncronization of the dataroom was very easy to implementat and the integration with the internal documentation was really smooth. Both desktop app and browser website run perfectly fine and fast, with no problems encountered during the upload or the visualization of the files. The dashboard and the interface were very easy to understand, making it a perfect tool, especially considering the frequency of use. Lastly, I would like to remark the promptness of the support team during the request of an physical copy of the VDR, that took just 2 days to process after the request.
