    It is very helpful that the BV platform allows users and teams to store uncollated meeting materials in folders. This allows for document storage and not needing to rely on external storage while meeting materials are coming together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Nasdaq Boardvantage is very user-friendly and makes preparing for and sharing board documents infinitely easier! I was able to learn how to use it and use it in a day. The customer service center was able to answer my questions and quickly sort out my issues. It's easy to go back and find documents and to link them to the index.     Customer service, by far, is just tremendous. Once you know the platform it is easy to navigate, but it is not always intuiative, and I wish it was a bit easier for those who do not work in it every day to find what they need when they do go into the portal (perhaps once/month).     Surveys module is just not built out well. Data lost caused us to reverse course on using it altogether. Signatures module has some quirks. Approvals module seems to not be as functional as we'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    There has be worse portal software out there somewhere, but it's hard to imagine. Antiquated login procedures, attachments don't always stay attached, doesn't function at all with Android phones, hard to print from it. None of our Board members are happy with it. Almost surely it would be better if NASDAQ didn't own it, in fact maybe it was better before NASDAQ owned it.

    I dislike the following things: (1) The sync function is slow. It is unwieldy and slow. It is hard to eliminate prior (older) documents from syncing each time into the briefcase. (2) I dont find the website particularly attractive. (3) I think a user manual would be helpful so I dont have to keep calling the NASDAQ BoardVantage customer service respresentatives.

    secure transmitting of info to Board Members is a huge improvement and document managing during a meeting is much improved with the software.
