    Our favourite aspect of the platform is that we no longer have to worry about version control issues, emailing multiple documents, or snail mailing documents for signatures. The reduction in admin and the streamlining of the processes means board directors can now fully focus their attention on decision-making and governance. The digital signature is a fantastic feature. For some, it was tricky to set up. Since our board grew significantly in size, we needed a platform that would reduce administration, manage version control, and streamline meeting management. We required a system that would encourage a paperless board. The time spent on creating the paper pack was extensive. We would print full packs for all board directors and staff present in the board meetings. This meant allocating hours to printing and organizing, as well as the high use of paper and ink. And if the board pack had an essential update, version control became an issue. Boardlogic has reduced our preparation time by half and lightened our workload significantly. Boardlogic's digital signature feature enables the board to approve and sign off on documents securely regardless of where they're at. This was especially useful with remote board meetings during COVID - but is a feature that will help us to remain flexible and agile beyond the pandemic.

    Fantastic control and ease of use of board meeting schedules, agenda, pack documents, minute-taking processes and more. All the essentials and extras you would expect, with lots of control over different committees and documents. Very intuitive and easy to navigate, makes board processes and meetings smoother and more efficient Standard or template agendas would be useful that are not currently available, and because of the rigorous document control features 'uploading' documents can take a little longer to configure Highly recommended Great centralised secure system for all Board information, helps share information effectively with the whole board, especially the non-execs

    Boardlogic allows me to collaborate securely with my fellow Board Members in a highly efficient manner. The preparation of the Board materials is made seamless by the platform. Last minute changes to the board papers can be easily implemented. It would be great to have video conferencing capabilities integrated into the platform for group presentation purposes. Boardlogic allows us to retrieve Board documents easily and remotely, whenever needed. It has saved the Board a lot of time when it comes to referencing past Board decisions, actions and resolutions.
