    We use Insightly as a way to manage client activity from sales through to active account management. Primarily we use it as a project/task management tool. It starts with Business Development but it is mostly used by account managers to help manage their workflow and keep track of tasks. Management also uses it as a way to keep on top of the multiple client programmes.
    Can be fiddly to navigate Customer support requests are not dealt with quickly Fields are not as customizable as they could be
