The Taleo product is head over heels better then Resumate. Resumate did not have any online access and did not have an option for candidates to view open positions and apply for open positions. It did not allow a simple way to track candidates or monitor their status. It could not generate any usable report. Taleo can do all of the above and more.
Our company uses Taleo to track all candidates and applicants applying to work for Tender Touch. The easy to use features track multiple items for each candidate such as personal information, resume and license information as well as allowing us to design questions that each candidate has to respond to before completing their application.

This is the first system where our company implemented multiple modules that eventually speak to each other. This enables us to provide metrics to our managers and to provide consistency in what we do as HR. So far, we have the core module, performance, compensation and Taleo for recruiting purposes. The modules are so divided it's hard to know what information SME's of different modules have. FOr instance, payroll and HCM. We both have different pieces and we struggle to understand what each of us has access to and what we don't. Good for large organizations who are growing and international We're able to provide metrics and analytics to our managers now. We're also able to put numbers to our functional area as HR. This is something that has been missing in our organization for some time. We're also able to ensure reviews are completed timely and provide our employees with more.
