My company uses the entire Peoplesoft suite from HCM to Financials. It addresses our HR needs such as job data, performance management, compensation, benefits, financials.
Needs to have more focus on the future- especially cloud, and look at competitors like Workday in terms of User Experience (the system isn't as engaging and user-friendly as it could be) Needs better reporting capability
