My organization (of the higher education sector) use PeopleSoft HCM, Campus Solutions, and Finance. PeopleSoft HCM is being used across the entire organization and is it used to manage our people resources and is also used to manage security across the different systems. It is used to support administrative business processes like employee movement, performance appraisal, and Payroll.
Limited functionality on Profile management and Career Development There should be better integration between core HR and Time and Labor Alert notifications are not easy to implement.
