    We have used Paychex since 2009. We recently have been urged to migrate to Paychex Flex and were told all clients would be. We received many calls to sell us on this platform and finally decided it was in the company's best interest to join the masses with this updated version. Once we agreed to upgrade, we literally heard nothing and had many problems. The team of support was nowhere to be found and I had access to nothing that I needed. I had to hunt down administration and go back to any communication I got to try to get answers. It has been resolved, but I have many reservations and have asked if we could go back to what we had. That is not an option and we did have to delay bringing all the employees on board at this time.
