    I have had problems with the audio configuration when I make the video conferences since sometimes the other person or other people are not usually heard in the shared screen where this is a problem because the online meetings have to be rescheduled and this it attracts delay, this service also has very high costs and that means that not just any usercan use this platform, which I would like them to offer affordable costs so that more users can usethis system.     Workstream is used as a Recruitment software in our organisation: 1. It helps with easy reach-out to the candidates and educating them about the organisation. 2. Video interviews and Video intros help in this current pandemic times 3. Video interviews help in easy shortlisting of candidates and with safety 4. Scheduling is automated via google calendar and helps in the correct scheduling of interviews.
    Hiring hourly workers becomes a challenge because of less candidates. Integration to major hiring portals can be improved.

    We use Workstream as our hiring platform and training. We are [the] majority franchisee and have 75% of the company currently on it. Workstream has been able to save our franchisees time and money when it comes to their hiring. Workstream uses several job boards to post. 10 to be exact. You can also sponsor a job post from Workstream. The QR code is an awesome feature and we've put the QR code on all recruiting tools for our franchisees. This is helpful to have on business cards when managers come across potential team members.

    It is software very attentive to our needs, which means that when we have a concern or need to solve something, they solve it immediately, they listen to our proposals so that our hiring is fast and without inconvenience.
