Sherpany helps us to retrieve information from previous meetings quickly. The scheduling for conferences and the delivery of pre-read content were easier and way faster than with that old paper method. Sherpany is a very solid platform that offers reliability and consistent design. It makes organizing meetings is so much simpler, so every time you want and from anywhere you are you can set and plan your session. Participants for conferences can be contacted and their records can be viewed every time, wherever and whether they are provided by the data they collect. Sherpany eliminates the need for paper binders, something we were looking for in software. My favorite thing is the double-stage authentication system, as it offers a better approach to the markets. The only thing I notice is that people can be perpetrators of technostress and occasionally forget their password to find a report in a meeting. Also, it would be great if Sherpany could automatically be upgraded. However, these are some minor things I don't like about Sherpany and are not too serious. New version updates should be announced in time, and the effect on current boardrooms should be taken into account in more depth. Also, they should change the way to inform the participants, as the message is entered in a line and is sometimes hard to read. When it comes to pricing, Sherpany is an expensive product. We use Sherpany Boardroom for all the Bank (Executive Committee, Committee of the Board, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Credit Committee and two more committees). We use Sherpany as a meeting platform and as an information distribution system among board members. We also use it to give board members access to important documents.
It makes preparation for a board meeting very easy. It allows us to easily retrieve data from earlier meetings. It helps me to keep track of important information. It avoids the need (and burden) to carry around paper binders.

We introduced Sherpany because we were starting to have more board documents provided to non-executive directors or advisors outside our IT system and wanted a secure and controlled format for sharing this type of sensitive information. We have found it has been popular with our executive directors, particularly those that are mobile across business locations or travel often, to cut down paper and have instant access to past meetings. We have rolled out the application within our business from the main board to subsidiary boards and executive management teams for the same reason. In general the product has been easily adopted with minimal training, which is if anything over provided.
