In the case of edition, the client will be notified if modified documents are accessible if he chooses to access and submit documents, which makes it great to follow up vital information. The scheduling for conferences and the delivery of pre-read content were easier and way faster than with that old paper method. 4.0Sherpany is a very solid platform that offers reliability and consistent design. It makes organizing meetings is so much simpler, so every time you want and from anywhere you are you can set and plan your session. Participants for conferences can be contacted and their records can be viewed every time, wherever and whether they are provided by the data they collect. Sherpany eliminates the need for paper binders, something we were looking for in software. My favorite thing is the double-stage authentication system, as it offers a better approach to the markets. 4.0Since I like to read large letters, I couldn't see the full page and had problems to navigate around the first time. Also, to connect with all board members lacks an advanced message system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0New version updates should be announced in time, and the effect on current boardrooms should be taken into account in more depth. Also, they should change the way to inform the participants, as the message is entered in a line and is sometimes hard to read. When it comes to pricing, Sherpany is an expensive product. 4.0The only thing I notice is that people can be perpetrators of technostress and occasionally forget their password to find a report in a meeting. Also, it would be great if Sherpany could automatically be upgraded. However, these are some minor things I don't like about Sherpany and are not too serious. 10.0We use Sherpany both on C-Level as well as Senior Management across the whole firm. It covers all our needs to organize and conduct efficient meetings, document their outcome, management of resulting tasks and decisions and providing useful information through its library function. I introduced Sherpany in several of my active board memberships, to increase efficiency of Board Meetings and quality of corporate governance of companies concerned.
10.0We use Sherpany Boardroom for all the Bank (Executive Committee, Committee of the Board, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Credit Committee and two more committees). We count, for the moment, 53 users in the Bank and it's just the beginning! We don't use any paper anymore and all our members are very happy with this solution.
10.0All my documents are in Sherpany so it’s easier for me to find the information I need instead of using channels and SharePoint. And all the board and management team uses it.

5.0We introduced Sherpany because we were starting to have more board documents provided to non-executive directors or advisors outside our IT system and wanted a secure and controlled format for sharing this type of sensitive information. We have found it has been popular with our executive directors, particularly those that are mobile across business locations or travel often, to cut down paper and have instant access to past meetings. We have rolled out the application within our business from the main board to subsidiary boards and executive management teams for the same reason. In general the product has been easily adopted with minimal training, which is if anything over provided.
5.0It has been a good experience. The implementation and onboarding were easy and everyone adapted quickly. The tool is intuitive and helps to reinforce good meeting behaviours. Customer service is really excellent on the few occasions I needed it.
4.0in general perfect tool to work in Sessions without paper, very flexibel, you can use it everywhere and you have all of your important docs with you ..... just great ....
5.0I've been a really happy user of Sherpany, and my Account Manager has been super helpful in getting me set up and answering all my questions.
