ClickMeeting allows to record webinars and meetings to share the content with participants who couldn't attend the live event or for future reference. Direct export of recorded webinars to other platforms. Interactive tools like chat and surveys allow to engage the audience and gather feedback, making it suitable for interactive presentations and educational content. The platform is accessible on mobile devices, allowing participants to join webinars or meetings from anywhere with an internet connection. There is quick and simply access to analytics and reporting features to track the performance and meetings, such as chat, attendance statistics and participant engagement data. The main reason I use software like this is for screen recording. But the recorded file shows the whole software and not just the particular application I was using. I can't sell a recording that is a full view of the back end of a webinar platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall: Problems with clickmeeting were causing unnecessary work on our side, although we paid for the additional features that on paper should help us avoid manual tasks. Customer support was not helpful at all and unfortunately made us look very unprofessional. Wouldn't risk using clickmeeting while hosting webinars with higher attendance.

Overall: I like that it's a flexible and easy to use tool. Support is always here to help. My main concerns are the hefty price if you signup without any discount, the lack of flexibility when it comes to upgrades (need to go through support), the lack of marketing features to maximize sales / conversions when you're live.

Overall: having ClickMeeting we can deliver trainings for our clients - paid and free of charge; many events are free of charge so it's important if the platform is cheapbefore we had problems with delivering trainings, with managing trainings etc.
