I've always find great reviews about the Deskera software, this all-in-one platform would be everything you'll need for your business, it has a great user interface design and user experience, this one is more focused in automations and for scalability, if you're serious in your business this a must-have platform you should try! This platform is an ongoing work, they're building all these connected apps to have a great scalability and automations support, so there's nothing I can dislike, I just know this all-in-one platform has frequent updates going on, my recommendation would be to not wait and try out right now what this platform could do for your business and team, I'm pretty sure you'll see the potential it has. Just have in mind this all-in-one CRM is a work in progress. Just keep close to any update. I'm sure you'll get amazed at the quality of this product! I've been playing around the platform, checking out what it allows you and what will allow in the future, it has forms, contacts, email-smtp, automations, even you can connect it to your bank account! You can literally manage your entire business and team inside the Deskera platform.

its simple and easy dashboard and navigation part. its not complicated at all like other similar tools I wish pricing could be better and also there are some lags sometime but support team is quite responsive we used to get all the leads in different places so it was hard to organize but now we are using deskera crm for ease of useness
