    I like that there is a CRM, email marketing, and help desk in one package. It helps a lot to connect my leads database, contact database, email marketing campaigns, and support together. I am able to track my deals, email marketing, and customer support in one place. The learning curve is low and an easy to use interface makes it easy to manage. This CRM has all the features you need to manage your sales, marketing and support efforts. With the intuitive design, you'll be able to quickly and easily create deals, contacts, and tasks. Create email campaigns and run them through the built-in email marketing tool. This CRM is perfect for the modern day business. I would like to see more integrations with other platforms either natively or using third party services such as Zapier and Integromat. A powerful and more advanced builder for page, email, and help center. The builder is quite okay but they should add more modules that will provide extra customization and the ability to make it display what we really need. Automations is a must for a great CRM. This would help save a lot of time doing manual work such as assigning deals to staff per stage and etc. The ability to white label the CRM would be nice to have. Show customers and staff that we have our custom built by us or built for us system is always a nice reputation boost. I have used other CRM platforms, but Deskera is the best. It allows me to do everything I need to do for my business. I can manage my sales pipeline, keep track of my contacts, market my business, and provide support to my clients. The system is easy to use, vital business components are integrated, and there are extra function add-ons available. The best part is that I can do it all from one easy to use platform. I highly recommend Deskera CRM. We've been using Deskera CRM for a while now and it's been an invaluable tool for our business. It's easy to use and has so many features that save us time and money. The best part is that it's cloud-based so you can access it from anywhere.

    This is a great CRM for people who work with many different platforms and use many different tools. I prefer that everything is in one place and that I don't have to constantly switch between different tools. I love that I can add contacts and colleagues easily and that it syncs with all of my devices seamlessly (thanks to the great mobile app). Currently, Deskera CRM has the most basic marketing tool - email marketing, which can help a company to run a very basic marketing campaign with email template, email builder, form builder...And the best part is, you can send unlimited emails if you use your own email service Deskera CRM is basic to my need as it can help me to integrate well with other Deskera tools (Books and People). Currently, it can't beat up another CRM tool that I am using since it lacks many functions (one of them is effective automation modal), not to mention the lack of current diversifying marketing tools aside from Email. If you need an affordable yet simple ERP, Deskera all-in-one is worth trying, and Deskera CRM is a potential tool to consider in terms of an indispensable product of this ecosystem. But if you're looking for a complete automation CRM system alone, you will need a trial if it demands your diversified needs. It's worth mentioning that Deskera CRM has integration with other tools like Zapier, Syncspider... which can help you pool data from most of the other platforms. I have not used Deskera CRM enough to have a deep insight, but currently, Deskeara CRM helps me enough to complete some simple tasks in terms of CRM, to have a full contact list to integrate with other tools. I mostly use Deskera Book, but without Deskera CRM, we need to have more screens and tools to integrate the data. And the Deskera CRM platform has the potential to have further development with those honest reviews from the community.

    The CRM has a bundled feature of email marketing and a help desk as a package. Moreover, it offers multiple pricing at an affordable rate, especially for startups and small enterprises to get started using a CRM. Also, you can keep track of all of my transactions in one place, coupled with an audit trail. Hence, you have a like history feature of all the activities that you do inside the CRM. In handling leads, you will have a pipeline view to drag the prospect from one stage to the next, similar to a kanban board. Lastly, The learning curve is short, and the user interface (UI) is straightforward to operate, making it simple to learn and get started. And if you ever get stuck, there's comprehensive documentation available online and a Facebook Group community to ask questions and provide feedback. Currently, there's a limited integration to other platforms either using zapier or similar tools. Also, it would be better for Deskera CRM to have direct integration with SMS services like Twilio and Chat Platforms like FB messenger, Telegram as this would increase visibility and open rates for the campaigns instead of relying on just email. Furthermore, as a wishlist, which Deskera currenly doesn't have is the automation features to automatically move tasks, leads along the pipeline that can create tags and have conditional logic for segmentation and passing the lead from one campaign to another. Embeddable forms for lead generation with email campaigns and help desk center connected to your own SMTP which allows me to send branded emails from my own email service provider. These features, the pricing plan together with the ability to access the CRM using the web browser or mobile app allows me to save time and money.

    I have to say that it isn't difficult to understand why the Deskera mobile app has won an award: it has one of the best dashboards I have encountered and used! And not only from a user experience point of view but when it comes to features too: there's so much you can do with the Deskera app. I like the fact that you can easily manage contacts, create and customize different sales pipelines, and either send emails by syncing your inbox with Deskera CRM or set up actual email campaigns to send to the contacts whose information you have added to Deskera. The Insights side of things is terrific too because it enables you to look at different things that actually move the needle through different "lenses" (e.g. pie chart, funnel breakdown, etc.).
    The biggest pet-peeve I have with Deskera CRM is the fact that you can't really pick exact dates and times for notification for important things - like tasks you need to care of. You do receive some kind of email notification but, for whatever reason, it gets to your inbox at a random time... yes, sometimes even in the middle of the night.

    we cannot use it, they promised it would be able to sync our machine data, but it could not. we are asking for a full refund, but have not been able to get a return call, this has been at least 5 months now since we have asked.
    We wanted a program that could use data from production to provide total costs of our products.
    the price is what attracted us.. the promises made were what continued our interest, but we never received what was promised
    it was not able to sync or interact with our manufacturing data, to give us our machine cycling times in order for us to see the costs of individual units produced. Communication was very difficult to.. mostly language barrier.

    It used to work for me but not anymore. Invoices used to get sent on time and in the right place on the right time but now the software seems to be very glitchy.
    Invoices are sent to the customer on the wrong date with a wrong due date. There are also times when an invoice and reminder are not sent to the customer or it goes directly to spam. Furthermore, overdue payment reminders are also not sent to the customer and recurring invoices could not be changed or discontinued. It's been affecting our business since it gives a bad impression to our customers. I have contacted support about this, but nothing has been done to fix it.

    Easy to use
    They have an almost too good to be true pricing system. You only have to pay for power users (admins). This is probably the best bang for buck in the industry. Their support is also very active and they take great effort to build their community We got the software specifically for the CRM, but it is also bundled with great Bookeeping and HRM saoos
    The only missing feature for us is inbuilt Proposals. Quoting and invoicing is includes with books. But as of now our would have to use Zapier to integrate with your proposals app. It should be noted that they have proposals in their develop roadmap

    Its bookkeeping system is all the compliances ready for GST in India and the separate option for quotation sending is really helpful. How can I miss my most favorite feature that is the bank reconcilement. Apart from that the HRM system also serves the purpose and I use it for payroll and attendance management system now.
    Some advanced features are missing in the CRM. I would also like to get the employee attendance tracking system in the HRM. Though it's on their roadmap.

    Very poor. We had some initial training sessions, but the service beyond that was non-existent. We've been trying to get a refund but we are being ghosted by this company.

    Had functionalities similar to other ERP systems.
    The customer service is abysmal. We've been calling for months and can't get anyone on the phone. Nobody has answered any of our messages. They took our money and seem to be done with us.
