    I've been encountering a lot of issues with this software lately. The invoice gets sent to the customer on the wrong date with the wrong due date. There are also instances where the invoice and reminders for overdue payments are not sent to the customer. Moreover, merge tags that are not populated in emails are sent to the customer and recurring invoices could not be changed or discontinued. Also, just recently, all invoices and reminders sent from Deskera are going to spam which is why our clients cannot pay their invoices. It's very frustrating. I have reported the issue and nothing has been done to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What i like most about Deskera is the fact that it's a suite of products, that cover almost all needs from CRM, invoicing and finances, bookkeeping, and creating forms. I've used the support a couple of times, and they've always been helpful and fast to reply. overall the software is easy to use, and has good built-in functionalities.

    Mostly I use it for invoicing, accounting and CRM. Payrolls are too complicated for it on my country. Its a pleasure to work with it. Easy to set up the products, the suppliers, customers and to customize yours invoices and quote. Great value.

    Everything. Deskera doesn't have a support team. The product is full of bugs. The API documentation is incomplete and I can't get a copy and paste answer to my support query for months. It's absolutely frustrating. Stay away from this terrible product.

    Our queries have remained unsolved as the concern executives themselves has zero knowledge of the product , so on what basic they are going to understand and solve our queries , after talking to them over phone call and sharing any desk they leave us more miserable for our quires , this is not the thing which we have paid for .

    Bought this for the CRM function although I have the rest - it had a few small problems in the beginning but the CS team is great and fixed most of the problems within a week. The opportunity to participate in such a client focused company is the reason I will continue using Deskera

    we cannot use it, they promised it would be able to sync our machine data, but it could not. we are asking for a full refund, but have not been able to get a return call, this has been at least 5 months now since we have asked.

    I used different CRM software and so far this is the best fit for me. All that I need are here in this software. This is also a user-friendly interface that is why I don't have any difficulty in using this.

    Very poor. We had some initial training sessions, but the service beyond that was non-existent. We've been trying to get a refund but we are being ghosted by this company.
