GoTo Meeting simple interface makes it easy to use. The platform offers maximum data security giving us a safe communication platform to have private discussions. Joining meetings is so simple, you just have to click on the meeting link and it is not necessary to have the app in your device in order to join meetings. GoTo Meeting allows us to have productive meetings by ensuring top quality visuals and sounds in our meetings. It makes interaction during meetings very simple by offering an instant messaging function which is a faster way of communicating. We also share files during meetings and the process is always safe. Incase you miss the meeting, the host can send you a recording of the meeting for you to follow through on what was discussed. GoTo Meeting has made communications very efficient and accessible in our organization since we can always join meetings from anywhere, all we need is internet connected device. Choppy connections, have to download software and does not stay connected. We had a lot of complaints on this software and avoid it because of disconnects, choppy connections and constant freezing. GoToMeeting is being used so we can have a bridge between our clients and ourselves. We share our computer screen with our clients so we can give them a demo of our project management software. It is being used by the department that runs the demos. It addresses the issue of being able to share computer screens with our clients
Easy set up, for clients to get in; it only takes a minute. Quick for everyone Easy to use, it just launches and the screens start being shared instantly. Makes is easy for clients to get on & avoids frustration. Once in, there are no glitches; it always runs for the whole meeting time & then I can end it when I want. It is good because they can easily follow easily what I am doing.

Actually never had a problem with gotomeeting.com but compared to joinme.com...I would choose gotomeeting.com hands down for all the components that it comes with and also the face to face meetings. When it connected it stayed connected and never had any downtime! Thank you gotomeeting.com
Face to face meetings when not in the office with our office staff, managers and CEO Doing demo's with gotomeeting.com was fabulous! Never had any issues or down time. Only part bad was on the other side where they would have to download the software and that might take a minute to download. No downtime

It's used throughout the company for various reasons: Team meetings, client meetings and demos. It of course allows impromptu as well as planned meetings with associates that are minutes or hundreds of miles away.
The format is constantly changing and from meeting to meeting it's frustrating to log on and realize you have NO clue where your features are located The system is not reliable across the internet and will drop calls and callers frequently The software often times runs very slow There's often times a 3-4 second delay in screen sharing, very unprofessional in a demo scenario

GoTo Meeting is used sporadically around our organization when we are not hosting the meeting. We utilize Google Meet as our primary video conferencing tool but use GoTo Meeting when several of our partners are hosting. For us, it is unnecessarily clunky and outdated. It has a lot of bells and whistles but seems behind the times in its interface.
Instead of pushing a client download, make it easier to use the web version. Update the user interface to make it a more friendly UEX.

Overall: My relationship with LogMeIn and GoToMeeting was bad from the start. As I was looking for a product to deliver webinars and charge for events, I was promised the moon by sales reps that I later learned didnt understand the tool and gave me erroneous information. I was also assured before my purchase that their support was top notch. It wasnt. My biggest complaint, aside from things that didnt work as promised, was the inept support. I frequently got techs who knew less about their product than I did. I was frequently given incorrect information and many times was promised a call back that never came. When the pandemic hit and I increased my for sale webinar events, I experienced problems with the integration to PayPal. From the first time I called, they refused to consider that the problem could be with them and insisted it was with PayPal. They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end. This despite the promises and hard sell they gave me about how well this feature worked. It was the primary reason that chose their product in the first. After forcing the escalation of my concerns to upper level people in the organization, I thought Id found someone to listen and dig into what was going on. Instead, I got more hollow assurances and promises of follow up and call backs that never happened. overall, a disaster.

15Five is a wonderful tool that allows employees to give feedback in a meaningful way without taking up a lot a time. Instead of having to schedule a meeting with my manager, I can submit my 15Five and she gets an update. I think it's a great tool for any business.
